Great location and resort amenities with the private shared beach access. Friendly employees and golf rides. Room was a bit dated and needs a coffee pot and cleaner carpets but all in all great for just my husband and I.

Great View

The property has a great view and a great set-up for two people. Access to the beach from the property and an amazing pool. Located in the back of Princeville on the water in a small community. Bed was comfortable and we were very happy with our stay.

Great view!

Loved the unit, and really loved the view. HBR is our favorite spot in Kauai. We did buy a toaster while we we were there, a microwave would be a great addition. Thanks for the great service.

Condo Hanalei Bay Resort

The VRBO page stated it had a kitchen. There was no spoons, cutting knife, kettle. Just a small fridge, sink and a few plates. We asked to get a kettle. 2 days later they gave us a kettle that required a stove. There was no stove. We had lots of tea bags however. Just dissapointed with the kitchen.

Just to clarify Brad, our listing does not say anything about a kitchen. We specifically state “Mini fridge, coffee maker”. If you rent 6203 (with or without 6204) you get a full kitchen. Mahalo.

Property Manager never got back to me on issue

On the first day, I contacted Parrish Collection by phone, email and text about an issue with the room. Someone did call me back and left a message. I returned the call and sent another group of text with no reply. I was really disappointed in the level of service. I was looking to upgrade and willing to pay an upcharge. The room was tired, the carpet was not clean, and their was a musty smell.

Aloha Sid, we are sorry for the mix up on communication. In reviewing your reservation, our front desk did try to return your call and left you two voicemails. We should have also responded to your text message as well and I am not sure we did not. Again, we do apologize. Please note your reservation is changeable to another property, however, we would have certainly addressed any issue had we connected.

Good location

Were missing silverware & beach chairs when we arrived and items were dropped off by management company pretty quickly. Unit is definitely dated, as is the entire resort. Had a short walk to the beach. It was nice and not crowded. Restaurant in resort is closed, as is the bar at the pool. Disappointing.

The grounds were beautiful, but this room was lacking a lot. The throw rugs were dirty. The pull on the fan was broken. The door knob barely worked. There was no creamer for the coffee. No blanket on the bed. Thermostat did not work. I would expect more with this price.

Great spot!

We loved staying at this property. The location is convenient and the amenities at the resort were just what we were looking for on this vacation. Would recommend staying here.
