Brand new one bdr apt in the heart of hip and trendy Capitol Hill--you can walk everywhere, but it includes a very coveted parking space! If you know this area, you know that parking is a huge challenge. Price includes a dedicated space. I was fortunate enough to have stayed at this property for about 8 months straight (Oct 25-August 26) and I think that in itself speaks to the quality of the rental. The hosts are fantastic, welcoming and quick to respond to any issues that arise. The location is very central, it has a dedicated parking space that is critical in Cap Hill. The property it self is great for couples or single guests who are staying long term and has everything you need to feel like home. Would highly recommend.

Great stay!

We stayed here for a couple of nights and it was lovely. Very clean and the host was super communicative, even checking in with us via text to make sure all was well. The parking spot is a big plus and the bed was super comfy.

Perfect location to go to a concert at the Fillmore. Great restaurants nearby. This place was perfect for that.

Lovely stay

The apartment is just as advertised - great location, wonderful amenities. The host was very responsive and helpful. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hosts. Property exactly as described with all the necessities for a short stay. Literally in the heart of Denver and just miles from most everything one would want to do. Highly recommend for anyone needing a clean, well stocked, and comfortable place to stay. Much better than any hotel. The parking was also a huge plus if your getting a rental.

Wonderful stay in Capitol Hill

We had a fantastic stay at Sydney’s place! It was in the perfect location for visiting family in Central Denver. We really appreciated the dedicated parking spot! We found the apartment to be well-stocked, clean and comfortable. We would stay there again!

Great Cap Hill location!

Perfect spot to walk to almost everything Cap Hill and downtown. Super close to restaurants, park, grocery and downtown. Very clean, secure and lots of nice extra touches throughout.

Easy access to Capitol District and more!

The property is in a great location, easy to walk to the heart of town or to nearby shops / restaurants. Sydney and the team were very responsive about any concerns and made it very easy to check in and out. We had a wonderful stay during out time in Denver!

Excellent stay!

We walked to restaurants, bars and the exceptional Botanic Gardens. The apartment was just as advertised. It was comfortable and well stocked. Sydney is an excellent host!

A great place to stay

Having grown up in a major city, I knew the availability of a parking space outside your apartment was a major plus. We were able to walk to many of our destinations and our hosts were friendly and helpful in many ways.

Spotless, well designed, very well furnished, comfortable, very private, and a short walk to museums, restaurants, and the capitol. Extra helpful host. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect!

What a great host! Perfect place to stay, we were able to walk to dinner and out for some drinks. Great accommodations, and the perfect size for 2-4 people. We will be back in the near future!

This little condo was a pleasure to stay in. It has obviously been remodeled recently. It is nicely appointed with everything you need for your stay. It is in a great central location. Checking in was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

Long Weekend in Denver

Nice well-maintained property, comfortable bed, and great location. Only critique is WIFI speed is weak, and owner should spend a few more $$$ for high speed connection.

Great Capital Hill area and close to all!

Went to visit family and this was a great location and stocked with everything you could need . Great shower pressure, good coffee, and a great bed . I appreciated the lighted makeup mirror. Hope to return again .

Hi! Welcome to our short term rental. I'm Sydney and we are happy to host you. I originally grew up in the DC area and am lucky to now call Denver home since 2008. I am a lucky mom of 2 extraordinary young boys, and a part-time yoga instructor. A majority of my career was in hotel management, and I have channeled my love for service and hospitality into building/designing, and hosting a vacation rental. I love recommending places to eat and things to do, and I've provided my favorite spots in the guest book, but please don't be shy--I'd love to give any recommendations for your stay.

Coming from the hospitality industry, and having traveled a fair share, I wanted to create an apartment with touches and amenities I'd appreciate whether traveling for work or for a family vacation. The location cannot be beat, but once you are "home," I want you to feel as comfortable as staying in your favorite family member's guest house--with an extremely comfortable bed, full kitchen, stocked with all of the essentials and more, an Apple TV, full sized washer/dryer, nice linens, large work station with reliable WIFI and most of all, an immaculately clean place where I want to kick off my shoes after a long day.

Walk everywhere! With a Zillow Walk score of 98--you will not need a car, but if you do choose to have one, you will have a dedicated parking spot (very coveted in this neighborhood). It's a brand new apartment, and I take incredible care to ensure a sparkling clean and disinfected space for each guest. All linens, including duvet covers are washed and changed between guests--something not even hotels can claim. Since Covid, our professional housekeepers go an extra step to not only clean, but disinfect all surfaces. I provide snacks, water, and extra touches too. Since I live upstairs, I am available for any questions or if you need me for anything, but it's a separate apartment, so you have complete privacy and you probably won't even see me, but know that I am here to make your stay the best it can be. My hope is that you will love Denver as much as we do!
