We didn't realize that this was a basement apartment, so it wasn't quite as private as we had hoped, but otherwise, it was a great stay. The host was very friendly and accommodating, and it was clean and nice.

Thank you for your review and we’re glad you enjoyed your stay. Denver law does require all VRBO owners to live somewhere on the property, and we definitely respect guest privacy. And guests get their own unit with their own private entrance just steps from City Park and 2 blocks to restaurants, groceries, and cafes.

Great location, attentive host, pleasant accomodations-everything you need for a nice getaway to explore Denver. Was wonderful being so close to City Park and easy to walk to restaurants and attractions!

David’s space was perfect for my Denver visit. Very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. I loved being able to walk to the park, restaurants, and the grocery.It was unusually hot in CO during my visit and the basement unit stayed wonderfully cool. I would definitely stay again!

The unit was very clean, bed comfortable and the location couldn't be better. City Park is right across the street, Colfax is a short walk that has restaurants, music venues and bars and there's a bus stop that goes to Union Station with downtown stops along the way. Plan your return trip because the bus doesn't always stop at the same places depending if you're going E-bound or W- bound. It's not a bad drive into downtown either, just be prepared for parking.

This property was perfect for a weekend stay. The host, David, was awesome in communicating before and during the trip. He really cares about all the details in making sure you’re happy with your stay. The property is right in front of city park which has beautiful scenery you could take a morning walk to. The house was very clean and the kitchen is very modernized with needed appliances. We enjoyed the privacy the unit has as it’s downstairs of the main house. The neighborhood is very green and we always felt very safe. This will be our go to stay if we’re ever in town again.

this is an adorable apartment within blocks of jewish national health were I was getting treatment. The place was clean, warm and welcoming. The owner was kind and helpful. I will definitely book again when I go back! steps away from the park, bus and groceries it worked out perfect!
