Wonderful vacation on the bay!

Our first time renting a property on the bay and it did not disappoint! The house is a great size and can hold a large family easily and comfortably. The bedrooms are all a great size and the mattresses were NOT old/sagging. There are 3 full bathrooms, and one enclosed outside shower. The kitchen has plenty of dishes/drink ware/silverware, pots and pans. Several pot holders and dish towels, and a few basic cooking utensils. We have two stand up paddle boards that we brought and used daily, and had plenty of room to store on the dock or deck when they weren’t in use. The only thing we missed in the listing is that there is no garage or first floor access. It was not a huge problem, as the property is fenced. We stored our bikes (locked) and beach chairs on the deck, under the upper deck and still had plenty of room as the lower deck is very big. Parking is a premium in Sea Isle! The driveway fits 2 cars and you can park in the street and block your own driveway, but you will be ticketed if you are blocking someone else’s driveway and they report you. This did NOT happen to us, just sharing info that was given to us by surrounding year round owners.
