The moment we parked. We knew this place was special. The beautiful beach is just steps away from the front door. The unit had pretty decor and furniture. It was super cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms were adorable with plenty of storage and lighting. The living area was spacious with plenty of seating. Everything was perfect. We can't wait to come again!!!!

We had the best time here! The weather was the best the day we left but it didn't matter at all. We loved the location of this place (right by Bay Village) and 20 steps from the beach. This place was very clean and the decorations were so beachy and beautiful. We played games and even cooked a few meals here. This place is very well priced and has so much to offer!

This year we purchased a new stainless refrigerator, repainted the entire unit, some new deck furniture and some new light fixtures and wall art. The location is perfect, only a couple of steps away from the ocean in a quiet place. The property is clean and well equipped, we did not miss anything. The communication with the owners is great and prompt. I will definitely return again.

This is a great space. Well equipped. Well priced. You can't beat the proximity to the beach. Weather was interesting but we had a nice warm cozy place to come back to after a cold beach walk, along with a nice hot shower with great water pressure. We will certainly be keeping this place in mind for the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Amazingly close to the beach. Could not see it from property but could hear the waves. My only compass the smell. It had an unusual smell. Opened windows and it helped.

Hi Cheryl. Thanks for staying with us. Our listing does not state ocean view and prior to your stay you asked that question and we reiterated just that. Is that why you gave us 4 instead of 5 star because you told us during the stay you loved everything and we allowed you to check in early ? We have rented for 15 years and are premier hosts which requires a 4.7 avg review and we do our best to get 5 stars. We get 95% 5 star ratings. We use the best cleaning service on the island but we can’t tell them to use the same cleaning products as each individual tenant uses.

Please disregard this review. We have a completely updated place including the kitchen, bath, floors, fresh paint. In addition we just purchased a new refrigerator today and a new sectional couch 3 weeks ago. We also have a new flat screen TVs, new outdoor furniture and new grill. We use our place for our family personal use and keep it as perfect as possible. This reviewer was unable to mention anything that needs tlc as it does not. Please look at all the prior reviews as a 3 star is offensive to us based on how much we spend to update it every year. This reviewer was not a pleasant person from the time she booked and was rude. We always try to be kind and empathetic. It seems her review is a cover up to the fact that she got glue all over our new couch and she also claimed we don’t have spoons which we do. Being in real estate in Lbi and knowing the market myself I know our place is a great value and located 25 ft to the beach.

Thanks for leaving 3 positive words in your review and location, location, location as you say in LBI is almost always a top priority for choosing. We are assuming your review was an error as we have never received a 3 star review in 18 years and you have stayed with us 4 straight years and we have made even more updates prior to 2025 including a new sectional couch which you complimented us on as well as the other updates you stated were great. We only heard compliments from you this year and all the other years you stayed with us so if you did mean to give us a 3 star you would have mentioned it to us as we always try to be easy to reach and you have reached out to us several times over the years with bo issues.

Just a few steps from the beach, which made our stay super convenient. Also a close drive to Fantasy Island amusement park and restaurants too. The house was just as listed and it had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Ken and Meigan for hosting us!

We had a great time at Ken and Meigan’s property! It was perfect size for our family of 4 and you cannot beat the location. I enjoyed hearing the waves while enjoying morning coffee on the deck.

Our little place right next to the beach where my family and I can sit out on the deck, barbecue, laugh, play cards is our haven. All in an updated comfy place which we love. We continue to update our place every year as we sacrificed to get this place 16 years ago and we turned into a place that we truly love being in summer or off season.

AFTER VACATIONING IN LBI FOR THE 15 YEARS WE ALWAYS HAD A DREAM OF OWNING OUR OWN PLACE ON THE ISLAND. AFTER SAVING FOR MANY YEARS WE FINALLY MADE OUR DREAM COME TRUE IN EARLY 2009 WITH THE PURCHASE OF OUR PLACE WHICH MY WIFE NAMED 'MEANT TO BE'. THE REASON WE MADE THE PURCHASE WAS TO HAVE A PLACE FOR OUR FAMILY TO SPEND QUALITY TIME TOGETHER. THE REASON WE PURCHASED 'MEANT TO BE' WAS SIMPLY THAT IT IS 25 FEET TO THE OCEAN IN THE SOUGHT AFTER LEHYC SECTION AND WE JUST LOVE THE BEACH AND ALL THAT LBI HAS TO OFFER US. WE FEEL VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE A PLACE JUST 25 FEET AWAY FROM A LIFEGUARD BEACH ON A DEAD END STREET.
