Cute 2 bedroom guest house with access to Lake Michigan and Mackinac Bridge Views. Located close to downtown St. Ignace and Ferry Docks for Mackinac Island. Just a very short walk through our back yard to the lake. Please note that this is a guest house and the owner lives on property.

Wonderful small property that was perfect for 2 friends on a road trip. Nice and clean. Had all of the basics provided. Short walk around the owners house to a great view of the Mackinaw bridge. The house was easy to find and was a great base camp for touring the area. Will try to stay again if/when we come back.

The place is like a guest house has everything but a washer an dryer. Cute, functional. Going into someones backyard was a little different but the view was worth it to check out the water an the site of the bridge. There was only one chair, we should brought are own on the backyard beach site. WasTempted to ask the host if the hot tub in main house backyard was a option but didnt want to disturb.Possible suggestions : a slow shut toilet lid per husbands request and maybe a public number for a local taxi/uberOverall good quite stay.

Cute and cozy

Stayed here to visit Mackinac Island and the surrounding area. The property was easy to find, very clean and well kept. Only six minutes to the ferry dock and great bridge views from the property. The hosts were friendly and proactive in reaching out ahead of our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as stated. Lovely little house in perfect location!!! Hosts were responsive and super nice when we met them in person. Enjoyed the bridge view for coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening

St. Ignace Stay

We stayed here for two nights as we explored the UP and visited Mackinac. The home was very cute and was a great place for us to relax and have as a base. We would definitely come back.

Nice relaxing vacation

The property was perfect for us for a quick getaway. The house has been remodeled and is fantastic. Owners were super friendly and we would recommend this to everyone. The property is a unique setup and the owners were be helpful and accommodating.

St Ignace Stay

This was a very cute cabin in st Ignace. It was perfect for what we needed. They were readily available to answer questions and allowed for us to use their yard to view the bridge. The home was very neat and clean and we would definitely stay there again in the future!

Me and my kids ages 25 and 22 had the most wonderful experience. We hadn’t hadn’t had a vacation together in 5 years. I had been to Mackinac Island before and I wanted them to experience it because they’ve never been there. . This cottage was amazing. The kids loved it. I loved it. Everything was perfect close to everything. Thank you, Austin!

AMAZING LOCATION/VIEW

Super cute, quiet, and clean place to stay! Our first night, we were able to walk through their backyard to their lake access where we could sit and watch fireworks over the Mackinac Bridge at night! Very short 5 min drive to the ferry dock, and other really good restaurants! Hosts were SUPER friendly and gave great dining recommendations. Not to mention their super cute dog, Miley! 10/10 stay and ABSOLUTELY would stay again!

This was the perfect guest house for 3 family members and I over the July 4th weekend, providing a bedroom with twin bed for my mom, another bedroom with queen bed for my sister/her partner, and a comfy couch for me. Exceptionally clean, nice bathroom with tiled shower, and full kitchen with basic necessities. The host Austin is super friendly, a great communicator, and let us check in early when cleaning was done. But what set this house apart is its incredible location, about a half mile west of the Mackinac Bridge with lake access a short walk through the main house yard. Bridge View Park is also a 5 minute walk, but not really necessary with the same view from the host’s lakefront property. The drive to downtown St. Ignace is a breeze, only a few minutes away. The guest house also has a nice fire pit and picnic table area on the side away from the main house offering guests privacy, we made a fire and s’mores both nights. On top of all that, I got to cross something off my bucket list by kayaking out to the Mackinac Bridge at sunrise, the experience and pictures were amazing.I only have two minor suggestions and we could tell Austin has been making constant improvements to the property. First, TV on vacation isn’t a huge deal but the World Cup was on and the TV is dated with preloaded apps so I couldn’t access my YouTube TV. I’m guessing a Roku stick would fix that. Also maybe a small portable light on the side of the house by the fire pit. Would stay again anytime.

There is no internet service available which made things a bit difficult for us since we do not have smart cell phones. It was nice to be able to walk down to the lake front. A nice fire pit in the yard!

Pretty good

Guest home was conveniently located off the highway. Very nice on the inside. The main home where owner lives is very close to guest home. Didn’t have great cell service. Things that would have made this place perfect was having Wi-Fi and enough hot water to take longer than a 10 minute shower.

Thanks Shelby. Out of all my AirBnB and VRBO reviews never have had that comment about the hot water so I'll have to look into that.

The house was nice and clean, small for 4 people. My problem with the place was the water, It smelled and tasted so bad. The barbecue was so dirty, and there was mold inside. we spent some time cleaning it which is the last thing you wanna do when you are on vacation.
