Welcome to a higher spectrum of vacation rental properties.
- Each bedroom has a Queen sized bed, closet with hangers for storage of clothes and travel bags, and bedside lighting. Master Bedroom has full bathroom with stand up shower.
- Our home is professionally cleaned before and after each stay. You have several rooms and plenty of open space. Extra pillows, towels, sheets & more. Wifi is easily accessible.
- Our Smart TV is ready for you to connect and enjoy what you enjoy at Home. Starz, Netflix, Hulu & more.
- Kitchen table seats 4. There is also bar seating as well for 2.
- During your stay there will be 2 bundles of firewood for you to enjoy your stay, with our backyard fire pit!

Short Stay

We booked for 3 nights. Our experience all around with the property and the host was outstanding. Location was great for us and we would definitely stay again.

4th of July weekend

Reserving was great. The house itself was great. It was in close proximity to stores for last minute needs. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, we immediately began swatting flies. We later realized the outdoor trash was full. Not just one, but BOTH. The trash had a smell. Flies & gnats were included in our vacation the entire weekend. I reached out to property owner and the response was very nonchalant. Owner offered 10% discount after I expressed how disgusted I was. It should have been communicated before we arrived.

I surprised my mate with this getaway for his birthday and had family stay with us and we loved it

Property was clean , nice just right. Grass needed to be cut in yard and we could not use grill, other than that great experience 20 minutes away from beach. Definitely would come back again. Host was easy to reach and very accommodating! We loved it!

House as described and super clean

This property was as described in photos and perfect for our needs. It is in a quiet neighborhood and was very clean. Beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. I would recommend this home to all and would stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Wonderful stay

My family and I were looking for an affordable place to stay as a break from driving. This house was perfect we got an entire house for the price of one hotel room. It was super clean, enough room for 6 people, and the beds were very comfortable.

Quiet and convenient

The house was cozy and furnished nicely. It was nice to have the coffee and creamer as well as the starter supplies. We loved the fire pit. We were able to sit outside and catch up. The beds were very comfortable. The house was close restaurants and shopping.. Only a 20 minute drive to Virginia Beach boardwalk.

Clean house-great time!

We had a great time staying at this property over Thanksgiving week! The house was clean-location is perfect and there was plenty of living space to accommodate our family and friends! The fire pit is a great touch and provided lots of enjoyment for us, our son and his friends. Next time we come to visit him we will surely rent this house again!

Neptune Festival

Came to Virginia Beach to celebrate my wife’s 50th Birthday. The location was excellent. Near downtown and lots of restaurants and shops. Only 20 minutes to the boardwalk in Virginia Beach. The neighborhood is an older one and was quiet. The house is smaller than it looks in the pictures especially the back bathroom. The best way to describe it is cozy. Only con outside of the size is that it didn’t offer any local channels so if you want to catch the game during your stay you’ll have to make some other arrangements.
