Beautiful, quiet bungalow 1 block from the beach! A great getaway for your trip to Virginia Beach with Family and Friends!

This second story unit is a really spacious location with a very large living space. There are 3 bedrooms/2 Full baths. There are 2 queen beds and 1 king bed. In addition, there is a daybed in the living room that folds out.

Great natural light due to large windows facing out toward the ocean. A great place to hang during the day or in the evening!

We do not allow smoking, pets, underage groups or parties.

Very comfortable accommodations

My son and I booked this location as "home base" while we attended an event at the A.R.E. Headquarters. It served our purposes very well although we were not at the apartment very much. It was very clean with only a few very minor issues that arose. The property manager was very responsive. I did notice previews that mentioned you have to walk through one bedroom to get to another. I did not see that, although perhaps a wall was built after that comment was made? The beds were very comfortable and the location was quiet, so we were able to get a good night's rest each night. I would definitely book again.

Great home! Great location!

The home was nicer than the pictures online. There was plenty of space. The home was comfortable and was well stocked. It was an easy check in and check out process. The Host was very quick to reply and stay in touch. We would love to come back!

The house was as described. We had everything we needed. A short walk to the beach. A nice porch and plenty of room for everyone. Great communication with owner.

5 minute walk to the ocean!

Great location! Close to the ocean and the beach isn’t as crowded as close to the boardwalk. We had plenty of room and the kitchen had everything we needed and was clean. I was glad I brought earplugs for sleeping because I could hear the TV from the downstairs unit and the very enthusiastic frogs from the pond in the beautiful garden next door. The owner responded quickly to every message I sent and was helpful. I’d stay there again.

Great getaway

We needed a place quickly and contacted the property owner to make sure we could get the property on short notice. The property owners were very quick to respond and saved our vacation. The property was perfect for us, and exactly as described in the property description. It was clean, spacious, well equipped and conveniently located close to the beach and easy to find. We were able to have supper each night we were there, and get our laundry done before packing it back in our suitcases to head back home. It was a great home away from home for us!

Had the perfect Father’s Day here

If you ever just want to have a chill weekend with your family please pick this property. The vibes were spectacular! A simple walk down the street and your at the beach, friendly neighbors on a quiet block. The only thing I would critique is the wicker chairs, got some dry rot going on but that’s really about it. The grocery store isn’t far at all. If I had brought my tailgating grill with me it would’ve been more perfect. Will be booking again!

Much to appreciate!

Awesome space! Desk in bedroom allowed one to work while kids played games( MANY!!) in liv room. Well stocked kitchen. Wonderful spacious porch that had shade and nice breeze. Great access to less crowded but lifeguard beach. Family beighborhood.

Loved it!

We had an amazing stay at this VA beach condo! The place is much more spacious than it looks in the photos and there is even an extra King size bed. The host was extremely helpful and responsive and the location was very convenient. This was mentioned in another comment we didn’t see before booking, but two of the bedrooms are connected and one of them is only accessible by walking through the other bedroom. We are a close group of friends so we made it work, but it would’ve been helpful to know this before booking.

Good place to stay

At first glance we were concerned when we arrived. If you are expecting posh, this is not it. The apartment shows some wear, and it looks like they are slowly updating it. However everything was extremely clean. Floors, kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen was also well stocked with utensils and pans. View from the porch was nice, the day we left you could hear the ocean. The beach was only a 3 minute walk, and being on the north end, was not crowded. If you are looking for a place that does not cost and arm and a leg during the summer season, this one is recommended.

Easter weekend

We absolutely loved our stay here! It is a hidden treasure! The family room was simply and tastefully decorated and very comfortable for my two young adult sons, parents and myself to be able to relax and visit. The weather wasn’t in our favor, nonetheless, we did a lot of walking at the beach which is just a block away and very easy to access. The property manager responded quickly to a couple of questions I had before arriving. The only unusual thing is that one of the bedroom areas can only be accessed interiorly by an adjacent bedroom. So while it had its own bathroom, you had to walk through the bedroom next door to go into the kitchen and family room. It wasn’t a surprise to me as I had seen a review that mentioned it. And it wasn’t a problem for any of us as it was all family. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Great owner great location

This house is a great 3 bedroom (one bed room has a king And queen bed with the Landry machines, other 2 beds room have queens) with 2 full baths, short walk to the beach, large clean second floor apartment, only odd thing which wasn’t a problem is the large bedroom with 2 beds is tandem to another bedroom. Over all a great place with a nice communicative owner. Thanks!

Amazing house

Our family had a great time at this property. Very clean and spacious. The short (2minute) walk to the beach is not far at all (very doable with our 10mo old and 3 year old). Plus street parking right at the beach entrance if you go up before 9am you are good! Very quiet neighborhood. Thank you for having us!

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood

This house looked better than the pictures on the website. There have been some renovations done since the pictures were taken. My family enjoyed our stay in this house, and our guests also commented on how nice the house was. It is an upstairs unit, and we had all the privacy that we needed. It's located just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The only downside is that there were no beach chairs or umbrellas, but it wasn't an issue for us, as we have family in the area who provided those things for us. However, it could be an issue for other families traveling by plane. Also, Darcy/Adam were very responsive to any questions/concerns that we had. That, in and of itself, went a very long way for us. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again in the future.

Great place

Very spacious and in a great location. Can easily host eight but there are two bathrooms. Short walk to beach and about a mile down to Neptune park. Nice quiet part of town in the north end. Would stay again.

Stairs

Great location, clean with amenities. The issue I had was my 82+ in-laws, is they could not get up the stairs. We had to book them a hotel room to stay in.

Great house

Came down for a golf trip for a long weekend. The place was awesome and in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the beach and a nice central location for everything. The deck was wonderful and there was a lot of space in the place. Would recommend to anyone coming down and would stay again!

Well furnished, perfect for the price.

Thanks for having us. We ended up cooking and eating in most of our meals, there’s plenty of everything to cook with. Easy walk to the beach.
