800 Casa Al Mare #101 is a 4 Bedroom/4 Bathroom Townhome that accommodates 10 guests. This beautifully appointed home is a 3 story luxury vacation spot boasting views of the Gulf of Mexico and a private trail straight to Indian Rocks Beach. You won't miss a sunset with balconies on each level. The main living area has an open concept, so gathering with family and friends has been made easy. If you're staying in and making dinner or all relaxing for a movie night....this property has everything you need! Outside you will find a beautiful saltwater pool surrounded with sun loungers and an outdoor dining table with an umbrella. Use your private beach entrance to load the beach wagon with chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. There are even sand toys for your little ones. Sink your toes into the white sands of Indian Rocks Beach, go shelling, work on your tan, swim in the ocean....and it is all just steps away from your vacation home. Take pictures and make memories to share. We hope this is the place you return year after year to enjoy!

The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. Indian Rocks Beach: October – December 2025
Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**
Kitchen: Stainless steel refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, crockpot, tea kettle, and knife block. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters are not always available.
Dining Area: Farm table with 6 chairs and a bench
Living Area: Sofa sleeper, loveseat, chair, 2 end tables, coffee table, TV & console table, ceiling fan, patio doors leading to the pool and Beach Trail, 2 rocking chairs, 2 chairs, and 2 tables.
Bedroom #1: King-size bed, dresser, TV, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom. Patio doors leading to the pool.
* This bedroom is on the ground floor.
Bathroom #1 (en-suite): Ensuite bathroom w/ single vanity and walk-in shower
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, dresser, TV, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, and en–suite bathroom.
*This bedroom is on the second floor.
Bathroom #2 (en-suite): Jack and Jill bathroom with soaking tub/shower combo.
Bedroom #3: Queen-size bed, dresser, TV, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom.
*This bedroom is on the 3rd floor.
Bathroom #3 (en-suite): Single vanity and soaking tub/shower combo
Bedroom #4: King-size bed, end-of-bed bench, dresser, 2 nightstands, TV, 2 chairs, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and patio doors leading to a private balcony with 2 chairs and a table.
*This bedroom is on the 3rd floor.
Bathroom #4 (en-suite): Double vanity and walk-in shower
Laundry: Washer & dryer, beach towels, iron and ironing board.
Garage: 10 beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella and cooler
Outdoors: Saltwater pool, 4 sun loungers, and dining table with umbrella that seats 6. The pool is shared with the unit next door #102.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This unit allows 3 parking spots, one in the garage and two in the driveway. If your vehicles are small, you may be able to fit another car in the driveway.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
