Everything was great! Just to be clear though, the parking pass is on the kitchen table and will disguise itself as a coupon. Haha! It was all great. Location, price, cleanliness. Wonderful! Will definitely be staying again.

Very nice very well kept parking was great. You are nice and close to everything. Walking distance had three broken toes and still was able to get to quite a few places walking. I would suggest walking whenever possible. Traffic is not very much fun.

I have previously stayed at this unit a few years before, and it was great. However, one day before booking we were told that the AC could not be turned down below 75 in the beginning of July. They even had a picture that showed that the thermostat should be turned down to 70. The heating and air is controlled by a nest and is not controllable from the unit. We messaged the owner after the first night and said that this is unacceptable and they told us that they would turn it down to 70 and never did. The attached picture was taken two hours before checkout showing 75. I will not be going back.

Great experience! Host was quick to respond and very nice. Room was close to all amenities. Parking was tight but so thankful it was free because gatlinburg is expensive to park. Kids used pool and had an amazing time. Room was great! We used pull out couch for kids and they were comfortable and happy to have there own tv. Overall a great experience and fun time in Tennessee! We’ll definitely be returning soon!

Well decorated condo right downtown very convenient. The property owner is very kind and easy to communicate with. The condo was too cold for us Lol. We like our heat at 75 degrees, and the system is capped at 70.

I really appreciated the host allowing me to stay an hour after to take care of myself and get in the pool my whole purpose of taking this place was to have access to the pool for Health reasons so I appreciated her communication the only thing that could be a little bit better is if it was a bit quicker time response but it wasn’t that bad and I really appreciate it

4th of July getaway

Cabin was clean and designed very nice. We enjoyed the short walks to food,shops and attractions. Had a good stay. Perfect for 2 adults!
