Mitch and Mary were kind and generous hosts. Very comfortable and well-appointed rooms within a unique and creative property. It was great to be able to bring our dog along for our trip.

This is a wonderful find in Door County! The unit is so spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. Mitch and Mary are rightfully so proud of what they have built.And you can bring your dog!! We hope to return next time.

Wonderful, clean, perfect location for our trip to explore the Peninsula. The hosts are very welcoming and will answer any questions you have and made our short vacation memorable. Our pooch even had a great time. We hope to return for another visit sooner than later. The history of the Quarry site for their home is really amazing. Highly recommend!!

Mitch and Mary are great hosts and have a beautiful house. Everything was perfect. 2 miles from Fish Creek. It is in the North side so you can get to Peninsula entrance without having to go through Fish Creek.

Mary and Mitch are great hosts and live downstairs. There is a flight of stairs to walk up, otherwise a gravel path with a hill to the back entrance. This met all of our needs of a VRBO for 2 people. If you have more than 2 people, the 1 bathroom might be limiting.

We loved our stay here and it was a great home base for exploring Door County. The hosts are kind and friendly. They showed us inside their house and we chatted with them for awhile on several different occasions. Our 8 year old son loved playing with their dog who was the absolute sweetest! We will definitely look to stay here again for future Door County visits.

The property was excellent -clean, pet friendly, well accommodated - and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. If we needed anything, they were right there, and even offered a tour of the main portion of the house where we could see the quarry rock incorporated into the original build project. Very cool and unique property!

Such a unique and interesting property! The carriage house over the garage was very spacious with a well stocked kitchen (thank you for the coffee pods), comfortable beds, and lovely views front and back. Mitch and Mary checked us in personally, are so gracious, and were kind enough to offer us a tour of their home at checkout- a real treat! Great location close to Fish Creek downtown and many other attractions.

The Quarry House is a very unique setting, the hosts are very nice and willing to have your stay memorable. The Quarry House is centrally located in Door County and easy access to all areas/activities.
