This location was great. It was easy to drive into Hill City, and not far from other attractions. The view from the large deck was beautiful!! Saw deer, birds, turkeys, etc. The house was spacious! Good for cooking and dining both indoor and outdoor. Large dining table for playing games and plenty of extra rooms if you wanted privacy. Would stay again!

Very nice, clean, plenty of room and great finished basement. Very convenient location, few minute car ride outside Hill City and only 15-20 minute drive to Mt Rushmore and Custer State Park. The house was very private, huge outdoor space and very nice front deck with nice scenery. The Master bedroom was very spacious and I wish I had that closet at my own house!

The house was very nice and very family friendly. The grandkids loved playing with the football and basketball which was a fun bonus. There wasn’t a pool or hot tub but with the view and wonderful amenities, it was not needed.

One thing….Downstairs bathroom had lots of spiderwebs and some spiders. The upstairs was very clean and spacious. The location was wonderful.

Sightseeing place to stay!

Great place to stay for sightseeing and shopping trip. Quiet and peaceful setting, when you need to get away from the crowds. Would stay again!

Excellent place. Very close to shopping/food, but still very quite and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for three couples

We had three couples staying for 6 nights--great to have three bedrooms, 3 baths and a table we all could sit around and play cards/games. Enjoyed sitting on the front deck.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish! There was so much great space in this house as well as a relaxing place to sit outside & enjoy the view of the Hills. We loved utilizing the kitchen & dining each morning. The access to the Mickelson Trail was a treasure! Hill City is our favorite area in the Black Hills, so I think we will be back!

Over all,a very nice home and location.

Three older couples stayed for a week in this nice older home in NEED of an upgrade and maintenance: two beds have very soft and sagging mattresses, our backs were aching; kitchen sink faucet is not secured to the sink and moves excessively with leaking drain pipes beneath; and the house needs a deep cleaning.

Private

This property is away from downtown and very pretty, spacious, and quiet. The house had everything you need like home. It also has a large patio in front which we enjoyed sitting on every evening. They also have a large patio with grill in the back out of the walkout basement that has a family room with large tv and pool table. My 2 sisters and I loved this property.

Songbird Verbo

We had a nice stay at the property. We would have liked to spend more time in the basement but there was no heat. We tried to get the fireplace to light but was unable to figure it out. If i hade one suggestion it would be to update the living room furniture upstairs. would have been nice to have some recliners and more comfortable couches. All aside it was a nice place to stay. I would stay there again. Thanks

Beautiful location!

Incredibly spacious! Inside and out! Location is spectacular! Didn't appreciate the bugs and dust, paid a lot for a cleaning fee, expect it clean to begin with! Needs some TLC, especially in the kitchen. Fridge is very old, barely keeping food cold enough. Faucet felt as if it was going to pull out of the sink every time it was turned on! Overall, would stay here again though!

Beautiful peaceful rural area

Failed to inform us of all the steps/hill to enter. Outdoor furniture chair straps ripped and no cushions to sit on. Inside house quite cool/cold. Beds were too soft. Tv only streamed and super small, no cd player for movies and not a chair facing tv.
