1 Shore Crest Lane, Hilton Head Island is a beautiful home built in 2022 and offers 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms, a large pool and a relaxing outdoor entertainment space. This lovely beach house is just a quick 3-5 minute walk to the Burkes Beach, is right next to Chaplin Park (tennis, basketball, playground, and beautiful athletic fields). Do not miss the chance to stay in this beautiful beach home!
FREE activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one free round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one free round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bike from Island Cruisers to start your stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the relaxing weekend we all needed. Having the ocean nearby was a plus. We will definitely be back soon.

Great house and wonderful experience
This is an awesome house, everything was very accurate in the listing. Good location just a short walk from Burke’s Beach. Clean and very new, with comfortable beds and a fun main level with pool, bar, and ping pong. We had a great time and will definitely be back again.

The best stay
We had the best time staying at our beach house. The house was so clean and was equip with just about everything you need such. We were visiting for a girls trip and everyone raved about the house. I would 100% stay again. We had a blast.

High school senior spring break trip with son and his friends. Great location for us. Shelter Cove and good restaurants nearby. Coligny Beach is a little bit down the road, but Burkes Beach is just a short walk from the house and that is a quieter beach anyway. Basement play area allowed kids to goof off away from parents. Pool is not quite full size, but more than sufficient for soaking and relaxing. Pool was clean and well maintained. Nearby park has a lot of options for different activities. Decor was modern but comfortable and not excessively "beachy". Huge island was great for gathering and home has amble quality cookware.

Vacation
Perfect house for two families, 9 total adults. We had plenty of room for everyone. Very clean and easy check in/check out process. Easy and short walk to the beach. Burke’s Beach is easily our favorite on the island!
The only downside is that it does not include beach chairs or beach gear like other rentals do in Hilton Head we have stayed at in the past. But, we were able to rent chairs from a local company near by very easily.

Fun at 1 Shore Crest Lane, Hilton Head Island

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The rental property was clean, well provisioned, and the pool was very nice. The ping pong table and corn hole were very nice additions. The only negative for us was the distance to the beach when you have small children.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.

The home was very nice. Walking distance to the beach. Kitchen had all the essentials. We had a few issues (the home ran out of gas). However, the rental company was great, they communicated and compensated us for our troubles. We would stay here again and still highly recommend the home.

Just can’t get enough of Hilton Head! The house was awesome….we felt “at home” as soon as we arrived! It fit us perfectly and just loved the surrounding area/beach. There was more construction than anticipated, though. A house was being built directly behind the yard/swimming pool which made it a little too close for comfort. Also, for such an amazing house, a bigger/more comfy couch would have been perfect. We spent Easter gathered around in the kitchen to eat and the living room to watch The Masters….since the weather was cold and cloudy. It was hard to fit! All in all, we would happily return!

October 2021 Stay
Thank you so much to VHHH for helping us find this wonderful house! We have greatly enjoyed the pool and accompanying cabana area and when we had a technical issue on an after-hours weekend, the management was responsive and helpful! The walk to the beach is not too far and it is flat, making it easy to use a wagon. The accommodations are spacious and clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We would love to stay here again! Thank you for a great experience!
