You'll have a great time at this comfortable hidden treasure ( the building is old school but I tell you the inside is a hidden Gem) . Located within 610 loop and walkable distance to NRG stadium , this location is perfect for events that takes place at NRG and Bayou Event Center all throughout the year. Also nearby is famous Houston medical center which include MD Anderson accessible by quick 5_10 minutes drive or by nearby metro rail. Galleria mall is also within 10 minutes drive.

We typically run the air conditioner lower during the night. The thermostat would allow us to adjust the temperature, and it would cool. However, it would automatically reset to higher temperatures. I had to get up numerous times during the night to adjust the thermostat.

Nice place to stay in Houston

Apartment is very comfortable and clean. Looks a little rough on the outside but the building is very secure with a gate and locked lobby so I felt good about that. The host provided very detailed check in instructions and was very responsive to messages before and during our stay. Would stay here again if I’m in Houston again.

A great place

This is a Great property. The owner had things available that are Not at the average hotel. She is very easy to contact, and gracious.

Overall it was mediocre at best.

The condo is in a run down apartment complex, when you walk down the hallway you get hit with the very unpleasant aroma of everyone’s cooking. While staying here for the rodeo we had a couple incidents with cockroaches. One was in the bathroom and the other was in the kitchen on the shelves where the coffee cups are. We specifically got this rental so we could cook and use the kitchen but when we found cockroaches after the first night it turned us away from using anything in the kitchen. We told the host and she apologized and offered to refund us the cleaning fee, but honestly I feel like she could have done better than that. Other than the bugs checking in and out was a breeze and if you rent a car you get a covered parking spot.

Sorry to hear that your stay was not a pleasant one as other guests. We truly appreciate you bringing the bugs matter and have fumigated the place , bought new wall plugs to keeps any bugs away , I can assure you this will never be an issue again. Though we have no control in what happens outside the condominium ( like what food our neighbors cooks or how old the condominium looks) we take big pride in making this hidden treasure a pleasant home for our guests and so far most people love it. I truly wished you said something from first day or 2nd day we would have done our best to makes changes. Sorry again for inconvenience

Amazing location and great host

Loved our stay! Nice to have a "home atmosphere", after long days at the Livestock show. Walking distance for rodeo, restaurants and barn. So thankful for the comfortable sleeping arrangements and washer and dryer! Beatrice was a doll! Snacks were a great surprise!

Great stay

The property was very nice , it was clean, the host had snacks, cleaning products, extra sheets and blankets, and the decor was very beautiful I would definitely stay again and the best part was the price. Not to mention we literally was 15 mins from all of the places we wanted to visit
