We have a lovely stay at this home! Sunset Beach is beautiful and the home was perfect for our family during our summer beach vacation. The house was very clean, well cared for, and very close to the beach. The host was amazing, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and very responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Beach vacation!

Our group of 6 adults and 3 young children had a wonderful stay at this updated 4 BR house! The hosts were very responsive and helpful!

Great stay!

The house was spacious and comfortable and was a short walk to the beach! Loved the decor and we were especially impressed with all of the extras included, by far was the best stocked house we’ve stayed in at Sunset!

Awesome place

Wonderful house with the perfect layout for our family. Everything was well thought out, stocked with everything we needed, and very close to the beach. Not many places we've stayed that we would definitely go back, but this one we'd love to stay at again. Great host, all around 5+ stars!

Family trip

We had the best time! there were toys for our kids to play with and we were able to take advantage of the beach gear they had in the property. Super close walk to the beach and ice cream shop.

Surprise birthday

My friends and family surprised me with a deep sea fishing weekend. Our stay on sunset beach was exactly what we needed. There was plenty of room, we were able to spread out and enjoy games, cooking and hanging out at the beach. Everything we needed was there. It's a great place to stay. Will keep it as a favorite for future vacations.

Amazing time despite the storm

We spent memorial day weekend in a wash out storm. The cottage was clean, spacious, comfortable and so enjoyable. All the things you don’t want to pack are there… towels, sheets, toiletries, kitchen supplies.. you name it!! Natalie was responsive and welcoming. Hope we can come back soon!

What a treat!

We had a great time staying at Natalie’s beach house. The house was clean and well stocked. The kids loved all the toys, books and games. We had everything we needed to cook dinners and host our other family members staying in sunset. The beach storage closet had everything you could possibly want for great beach days. We especially loved the screened in porch and spent all our evenings relaxing together. Natalie was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. Thanks so much!

Perfect in every way

This house in Sunset Beach was perfect for two families (10 people - 6 of which were kids). It was obvious a lot of thought went into making the spaces seem comfortable for all guests. Natalie was quick to respond with any help and/or answers to questions we had. She even ordered and sent yoga mats! Natalie had great recommendations - food, fun, etc. There was a lot of space for the kids to play (on the porch and under the house). The street is quiet. The walk to the beach wasn't bad. **Get there early if you want to use a tent or Shibumi Shade** Watch for the Mazematician at the beach. His mazes are so intricate and fun to try and solve. It brought a lot of joy to all that were enjoying the beach! We hope to return sometime in the future!

Perfect Trip

Our family had a wonderful time at Sunset Beach and staying at this amazing house. The house was exactly as pictured - clean, tidy, and well-maintained. We found everything we needed, and the attention to detail was evident, from the plush towels (better than a hotel) to the extremely comfortable couch. The bathrooms were spotless, and we appreciated the care taken in their upkeep. Natalie, our host, was fantastic. She provided us with helpful suggestions for things to do and see before our visit, and her responsiveness was impressive. It made our experience even more enjoyable, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The beach was just a short walk away, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella were provided for our use along with many other beach items. Our kids loved the toys at the house as well, they provided hours of entertainment! We loved spending time on the screened-in porch, sipping wine and enjoying the breeze. We had a truly memorable experience, and while it's tempting to keep this place our secret, we highly recommend it. It exceeded our expectations, and we're grateful for the memories we created there.

Beautiful home, with a comfortable and peaceful layout and design. Everyone in our group spent time on the screened porch. I wished I'd more time there. The short walk to the beach was a delightful surprise, beautiful, ending with a boardwalk through native plants on either side, over the dunes, and out to a wonderful, wide beach. Our last day, we happened on what we thought must be the first sea turtle nest of the season. We would definitely stay here again.

Very wonderful space. It was perfect for our group. The kids loved having bunk beds and toys. So nice to have spices and nice pots and pans we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner.

Why go anywhere else!!!

Clean beach house with 4 spacious bedrooms. Good size kitchen and living room. Screened in front porch with ceiling fans and seating for all. Lots of parking. Quick walk to the beach. Easy check-in.

Great week at the beach for extended family (10 people)

This is a great property, very clean. We liked the screened-in porch and the very short walk to the beach in particular. Natalie is very helpful and easy to work with.

Everything we ever needed!

The owners of this property are great! The communication and offers were amazing! This house was so clean, all the small things were thought about and provided, cozy, comfortable beds (we both have back problems) and quiet neighborhood! It was the perfect get away. We will be back.

Perfect Family Spot

This house was perfect for our family. The kids were able to play on the screened in deck, and it was just a short walk to the beach. Our favorite part was the neighborhood. Everyone was so friendly, and we loved how all the houses had their own individual name.

Fabulous! Amazing in every way :)

I can’t recommend this property enough!! The home has a great location with a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to coffee shops, bike rentals, golf cart rentals, sunset beach pier and a cute touristy shop. The neighborhood was cute, quiet and the people around us were very friendly. The home was decorated adorably and even had fresh flowers on the counter. The attention to detail in this home did not go unnoticed! Natalie, the host had the house fully stocked with everything you could need. There was every kitchen item you could imagine, the fridge was stocked with condiments and essentials. There was plenty of extra blankets, pillows, towels, toiletries, beach needs and so much more. The house was great for our group of 4, but it could DEFINITELY fit a ton more comfortably with the amount of space & extra rooms the house had :) Natalie was awesome- she made the check in & check out process super easy, and gave us a TON of recommendations for good restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops and more. We tried out as many of them as we could and were highly impressed with all of them! You will not be disappointed if you stay here :) we are already planning our next trip back! Thanks for making our stay here amazing!

Long weekend at the beach

Our stay was perfect from day one. Check in was so easy and early compared to any other place we have stayed. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed. The place was so clean! You won’t find a place cleaner than this and I’m pretty picky! The porch was so comfortable for a afternoon nap or just evening sitting and talking with our family. The bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of space. Don’t forget to try the outdoor shower which is so nice and stocked with all amenities. We just love this place because it was so convenient to the beach. The owner is so responsive to any questions if needed. We are already planning our next stay!
