This 3 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath has over 2000 square feet of living space and is located in the heart of downtown located less than a 5-minute walk to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and the Rapid City Bike path. Convenient access to Interstate 90, Rapid City transit system and close to the hospital. The main level features all stainless-steel appliances! The open layout offers a state-of-the-art kitchen open to the living room, dining room and foyer with a convenient half bath. The upper floor has 3 beautiful bedrooms with 2 gorgeous bathrooms and laundry in the hall. The master bedroom offers a king bed with an on-suite that features a custom shower, double sink vanity and a walk-in-closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 offer queen beds with a guest bath to share. This Historic Home was taken down to the studs and no expense was spared. Central Air, new furnace, new water heater, new flooring and new windows. You will not be disappointed! This place is spectacular!!!

Matt and I love to travel. We love luxury, comfort and convenience everywhere we stay. Our goal with our vacation rentals is to provide a luxurious experience to all of our guests. We try to ensure that our properties are comfortable and have everything needed for that home away from home.

We have five renovated homes in the "Village at St. Joseph" that accommodate each size of family and/or a group of friends. The Village allows guests to stay in the same area, yet also have their private spaces. The Village has multiple locations for guests to stay if needed, including a home that contains a two-bedroom and one bedroom apartment, in addition to a studio apartment. There are three additional one-bedroom homes available in the Village. We have created an outdoor commons area for all the guests to enjoy the beautiful area and create unique memories.
The homes are downtown and within walking distance to all our favorite breweries, coffee shops and restaurants, as well as boutiques. The homes are also within walking distance to two of the main hiking and mountain biking hills downtown, M-Hill and Skyline Recreational Park, which allows guests to a quick workout in. This location is ideal as it has direct access all the main intersections of Rapid City, easy access to I-90 and Mt. Rushmore. You will see me (Jami) around the homes daily because I love to add special touches to make my guests feel at home. I also love outdoor work and spend quite a bit of time landscaping the property, adding new beauty to the landscaping every year.

We spared no expense on this remodel. The Master bed has bamboo linen sheets with a high-end pillow top mattress. The guest beds are equally as comfortable with the option for a pillow top mattress pad for soft sleepers or without the pad on a higher end mattress for the firm bed sleepers. Our homes have free parking, Wi-Fi and a self-check in system through a secure door access code.
