Due to the hurricane our deck and the fishing pier is being renovated, Relax and enjoy the waterfront view of Tampa's only all-waterfront suite resort. This condo is situated for family and business travelers in mind. Perfect location just minutes from Tampa International Airport, Westshore business district, Clearwater & St. Pete beaches. This unique property offers amazing sunset views with great amenities, waterfront relaxation - This is nothing like your typical hotel. This is your peaceful getaway vacation unlike any other.

In this suite you will find a mounted wine bar that includes an LED mood lighting with remote control to change to your color preference. This unit was remodeled and updated with modern decor. It includes wifi, cable, a queen size bed with memory form mattress, and a sofa bed with a full size gel memory form mattress. Bedding linens and pillows are kept in a secure clear bag to preserve cleanliness and sanitized. In addition to cable TV channels we added 4K Fire stick to both TVs (in the living room and the bedroom) all you have to do is log into your Amazon account and you will then see the Netflix app. We also thought that it would be great to provide you with a personal assistant during your stay, you will meet Alexa in the living room. You can ask Alexa for the weather, to play music for you, order pizza, or ask how’s the traffic to the airport and much more.

The door features a smart lock that alerts you when the door is closed. Your personal code will be issued just prior to your arrival and will allow you to check in at your convenience. Please read the house rules prior to booking.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Location was great! EVERYTHING else, not so much! The photos online show how this property used to look. NONE of these amenities were available. Parking was at a premium. The only working elevator was on the other side of the building! We had to navigate a dark, nasty staircase after having foot surgery. The security gate was broke. I did not feel safe in the parking garage or the stairwell due to a few men lingering around the area every evening. The whole property smelled of marijuana. Inside the unit was a disgrace! From the door bracket for a lock to the filthiness of the unit, all was very disappointing. You know it's bad when you need to wear flipflops in the shower because there is mold growing in the corners, which I am allergic to. We spent most of our time away from this unit due to all of these reasons and more. I couldn't wait to leave this unit and go home! I've never felt that way after a vacation. We came home exhausted, and our bank account a little lighter. We would never recommend this property to anyone.

Misleading

Aware of storms that hit this area in the fall, I contacted host twice inquiring as to the condition of property. No mention of damage was ever made. They had our full payment for 10 months.Neither VRBO nor direct communication with host led us to a fair resolution. Beach area was gone and fenced. Pool deck was buckled, broken and surrounded with same orange safety fencing. Elevator was not working. Debris from storm was piled throughout the garage. We checked out 1 week early due to unsafe and unusable areas. Shame on you, VRBO.

Die gesamte Anlage war wohl durch den Hurricane arg Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Sonnenterasse und Stühle gab es nicht, auch der Beachplatz war abgesperrt. Durch die Feuchtigkeit war im gesamten Gebäude ein muffiger Geruch. Das Einchecken gestaltete sich als schwierig, denn in mehreren E-Mails wurden verschiedene Türcodes angegeben. Das Apartment war oberfächlich sauber. Im Schlafzimmer war am Bett und an den Nachtschränken Schimmel. Die Matratze war durchgelegen und die Schlafcouch selbst für die Kinder eine Zumutung. Alles in Allem war die gesamte Einrichtung sehr abgewohnt.Dafür waren die Lage und die Aussicht perfekt.

Please update your listing stating that since the hurricane, there are things on the property still not available, sun deck, beach area.More dish towels and cloths would be nice. We only had one dish towel. A storage area in the bathroom would be nice or have the linen closet unlocked for use. Pizza pan and cutter along with a few more sets of Silverware would be nice along with salt and pepper. More garbage bags too, as we only had one.

Great location

Very clean and good communication with owner. Area is in recovery from hurricanes so amenities not all available, but can't fault the owner for mother nature. Would live to visit area again!

Great Location and Amenities

We came to town to watch a football game at Raymond James stadium. The unit was perfect for our needs. Clean, cozy and comfortable for a couple or small family. And the Sailport resort facility has an amazing restaurant and bar on site by the pool. Staff is very helpful.

Great place!

The condo was exactly as promised. It was nice, clean, and well maintained. Ocean view from living area was beautiful. Price was great. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay through her again!!

Last Minute Rescue

Great communication and check in process. Ms. Joanne allowed us to check in 3 hours early because of the hurricane (this is not a regular practice, so we were extremely thankful). The room had everything that we needed in order to be comfortable. Only hitch was that I was traveling with a wheelchair and the elevator was out, but that’s not at all her fault. The property itself is really old, but everything’s expensive in 2024, so again it wasn’t a big deal. We were originally planning to stay again because of how awesomely it fit our family, but because of excess charges after our stay we won’t be going back. I do however suggest this property to families with older children and without physical limitations.

HURRICANE HELENE

I have stayed at Sailport in the past & love the convenience of it being a centralized location, 3min from airport, 40min drive to Gulf Beaches, property included pool and convenient Tiki bar/restaurant. Unfortunately, I am unable to give a good review on Sailport, itself. I was to arrive 2days after Hurricane Helene. Prior to my trip, I repeatedly checked my emails for any updated of a possible cancellation. I did not get one. I did, however, receive check-in instructions from our Host. So, assuming we were in the clear and our reservation was still on, we drove 15hrs to our long-awaited FL vacation only to be welcomed by darkness, abandonment, debris and the entrance completely roped off. We were approached by a groundskeeper who said, "The Place is Closed! Fortunately, I had the hosts phone number and immediately reached out. I never received a Notice of Cancellation and apparently, neither did the Host. Joanne was kind & extremely apologetic, made some calls and immediately arranged a refund. Fortunately, I always purchase Travel Insurance. It's inexpensive and very much worth it.

Great Centralized Location

Everything was as expected and we had a great time. Every amenity we could want or need was provided and available. The only complaint would be the couch, not the pull out bed portion of the couch for we didn't try that out or had a need for it, but the couch itself. It was VERY uncomfortable to sit on. Other than the couch being in bad shape, I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, cute, and convenient

Very clean condo located perfectly between St Pete and Clearwater beaches. Overlooking Tampa Bay where we saw seals frolicking! It does overlook the pool so you will see and hear that but with the sliders closed you don’t hear anything. Felt safe in the gated community and under cover parking was really convenient.

Quick Getaway

Enjoyed a couple of days away by the bay. The unit was comfortable. Didn't take the time to figure out the thermostat so a couple of stuffy nights sleeping, but that's on me not reaching out with questions. Nice view of the bay and it was just what I was looking for... relaxation. Easy in and easy out. Good restaurants within walking distance. Only issue there was no sidewalks in the area. Recommend this spot for young and old. Poolside bar would've been an exciting touch if I chose to utilize it. Really a trip about relaxing and connecting at a different level. Mission accomplished.

Very nice condo, but the pictures in the listing are a bit deceiving.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The balcony view was breathtaking. Joann quickly responded to all communication , there was a mishap with our reservations but she quickly corrected it.The pictures online are “correct” of the facility but on a much smaller scale. The pool was very small and was packed over capacity of 25 every day. We did not get to enjoy the pool. The pool bar and grill was amazing as well as the bartenders. You have to drive to the beach and the pictures of the sunset and fire pit is on the waterfront with a wall barrier, only one swing and one firepit, not accessible at all in the area of the beach. It wasn’t what we had envisioned for our 21 year anniversary. But in all, it was a nice stay. We just will be aware and be sure ask detailed questions in the future

Good Location, Property is Clean, Issues During the Stay

This was my first experience using VRBO. After making my reservation, the host responded to my many ques prior to arrival. We stayed from Sat-Sat. We were a family of 3 adults. The property is easy to find, close to the airport, located in a convenient location, and has a view of the ocean. The parking was located under the bldg. The pool had a nice small restaurant/bar. I received instructions on how to access the building and rm. The security guard could not locate our reservation but allowed us to enter. I went to the office & the clerk advised where our rm was, gave us a parking pass, & clarified if we needed anything to contact the host. The room was clean but there were several issues. The ice-maker in the refrigerator did not work & clicked whether the arm was on/off. The ice tray in the freezer had a few holes in it & leaked. The sliding glass door did not lock. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, however, the sleeper couch mattress was extremely uncomfortable for an adult. The listing for it-gel memory foam mattress. The remotes in the bedroom needed new batteries. A key card was needed to enter the property by car. We had to contact the security guard to obtain a card the next day because it was not given to us when we arrived. It took several attempts to get more toilet paper and wash clothes. I attempted to get more towels and was told on Thurs more than enough were left in the room. I was told if I needed clean towels, I could wash them in the laundry room.

Great stay for two

Fantastic place to stay for a couples getaway. Host was fantastic. Food and drinks were delicious at the restaurant/bar by the pool and the view was gorgeous!!
