This home boasts stunning historic wood dating back to the late 1700's--one of the oldest homes in Greenbrier county--has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and is located one short block to Washington Street and all the best that downtown Lewisburg--America's Best Small Town Food Scene-- has to offer. Your cozy getaway is just a click away!

We have a strict No Smoking/Vaping/E-Cigarette Policy on our property.

Perfect getaway

This place really has a way of making you forget where you are with its unique look and cozy feel. I’d definitely come back just to have another great night sleep on that amazing bed lol

Great property and location!

This property is even better in person than it shows on the site. Beautiful character home with well done updates and comfortable furnishings. Rachel provided everything we needed and even fresh pumpkin bread. Location is only steps away from many shops and restaurants downtown. You won't be disappointed booking this property.

Perfect place for an Appalachian Angle on Life

Cute house, great area, when you wake up the first morning you’ll feel like you just woke up in your own home and hometown. Makes you want to return to WV!

Great place to stay

House was perfect, can’t beat the location, close to everything. Lots of room for a big family. The house was stocked with anything you could forget while traveling(toothbrushes, contact cases, toiletries). Also coffee and hot chocolate for the Keurig. Would definitely stay here again!

The home is historic but with all modern amenities. Spacious but also cozy and welcoming. Minor items: (1) We wanted to watch the news on TV but couldn't figure out the two remotes. (2) The first few steps to the upstairs bedrooms could probably use a bannister.

Small Town Historical Gem

Property was extraordinary: classical, country, historical, clean, cozy….nothing short of exceptional. Town is charming with some excellent restaurants and all walking distance. Friendly townsfolk too. Host was on top of all details and made our stay worry- free. Would do it all again!

Amazing stay!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The home was in pristine condition and decorated beautifully! So much charm and character! The owners literally thought of everything from the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms to the comfy beds & linens. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee. The location is a very short walk to town. This was a 10+ and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Five star home!

I don’t even know where to start with this review. We have rented houses, villas, condos all over the country from VRBO for about 25 years. Some places are ok, some are pretty good and some are outstanding. This house falls into the outstanding category. Just my husband and I stayed there (67 yrs old) for a week in April. We came to the area from Texas to enjoy biking, hiking and just relaxing. Let me tell you, it was hard to leave the house everyday because we were so comfortable. Kelley and Charley have thought of everything. Delicious banana nut bread and a basket of fresh fruits awaited our arrival. The kitchen is better stocked than my own at home. And all very classy dinnerware, glassware, pots and pans. We cooked most meals there and loved it. They are putting a gas grill in soon and that’s going to be an added amenity. The beds are beautifully made and so comfy. Again, all bedding and towels are first rate. We enjoyed the front and side porches for coffee and happy hour. Shampoos, soaps, coffee, hot cocoa and creamer pods, and most of all, very very good toilet paper. I know, you ask why put that in the review? Because we have rented much more expensive houses and they only supply 1 ply rolls. Annoying. Kelley is super easy to contact and responded quickly with answers to my many questions. We will be back one day to bring friends and enjoy this house again.

Wow!!

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO's around the country but this one by far, exceeds them all. The small details throughout the home made it very apparent that the owners #1 objective was to make sure the guest has a fabulous stay. Snacks, fruit, extra bedding, personal care item . . . . just to name a few things.

We Will Be Back!

I concur with all of the prior 5 Star Reviews. I cannot say enough about the accommodations, location and hospitality of the owner. Not a detail was ignored and our entire group raved about the property. When I received texts from the first couple to arrive at the home, I knew I made the right choice! We felt at home and enjoyed ending our nights sitting in the cozy family room talking. This was our first time traveling to Lewisburg and the town did not disappoint either. Thank you for making our getaway a trip to remember!

Perfect stay in Lewisburg

We had a wonderful stay at Kelley’s place. It is exactly as described and perfectly appointed with anything you may need. The extra step of the wonderful pumpkin bread and bedside chocolates made us feel most welcome!

Awesome Home

We had a wonderful weekend in this quaint home! The pictures do not do it justice! It was more than spacious, the kitchen very well appointed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were absolutely beautiful. Completely updated and modern, yet you could feel the history all around you in this wonderful home. Beds were extremely comfortable and the linens first class! Thank you so much Kelley, you were more than attentive and great to work with!

Wonderful house in downtown

It was wonderful for 2 older couples with overflow family members at the General Lewis Inn. The best location in Lewisburg and the house has been beautifully restored and very modern.

Perfect Downtown Lewisburg Rental

Beautiful Home

Twice a year my friends and I have a girls weekend to catch up. We have stayed in many rental properties but this home was absolutely the best yet. Beautifully decorated, great location and SO many personal touches that made it a perfect weekend. Our host left us a lovely bottle of wine, fresh baked raspberry bars and chocolates in each bedroom. Any issues during the stay were addressed immediately. While I have been in Lewisburg many times this was my favorite trip. If you are looking for a great getaway in Lewisburg you should book this home!

Perfect home in perfect location

The home is very cozy and in a great location to everything in town, especially being 3 houses down from the French Goat...wonderful restaurant! But most importantly Kelley is an extremely thoughtful and great host, so many special touches and treats. Would definitely stay there again!!!
