Come enjoy this charming 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located within walking distance of historic downtown Lewisburg. Whether you are unwinding from a long day of shopping or just getting started, relax on one of two covered porches. There is also a spacious living and dining room worthy of hosting friends. Amenities include a well appointed kitchen, outdoor dining and grill area, first floor laundry, internet, and private parking. Lewisburg is filled with over 30 award winning restaurants, boutiques, fine art galleries, independent bookstores, and more! So plan accordingly. If you are interested in exploring beyond Lewisburg, you are only 5 minutes from The Greenbrier River Trail, 11 minutes from The Greenbrier State Forest, 15 minutes from The Greenbrier Resort, and less that 50 miles from the New River Gorge National Park.

This is a lovely, welcoming home, the perfect blend of a historic house updated with modern conveniences. Its spaces are quaint yet spacious. A super comfortable place in a great location a short walking distance to the heart of downtown Lewisburg. We would definitely recommend this happy home to fellow travelers and hope to stay there again soon. Thank you for a memorable weekend.

It was love at first sight ;) Original cabin built in 1790 on a farm outside of Lewisburg. Moved to current location in 2011. Additions with modern amenities made seamlessly. Charming and eclectic with beautiful tile work and woodwork created by family members. All rooms spacious and comfortable - even the front porch! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on a large grassy lot with large shade trees AND within walking distance to town for shopping and restaurants made for the perfection location. The host Shaye was a joy to work with - helped resolve an internet issue quickly - easy to reach and responded right away. Enjoyed the local festival TOOT (Taste Of Our Town), the Greenbrier River Rails to Trails on bike, and a throwback scary movie Friday the 13th (the original) at the historic Lewis Theater. Hit up Hill and Holler for pizza, The Old Red Mill for burgers, and Corn & Flour for bagels - those are just a few of the restaurants within walking distance. Relaxing and fun trip - totally recommend the cabin as home base for exploring Lewisburg and surrounding area.

Great spot for downtown Lewisburg

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very easy walk to downtown restaurants. The house is spacious in a very quiet spot and the log cabin feel was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Best stay ever!

Our family absolutely loved this beautifully done craftsman haven. So beautiful, cozy, and well-appointed. Shaye is a great communicator and very kind. She helped us when we needed it and came over quickly. This place is special! Highly recommended.

Beautiful place

We loved the cabin. Historical and beautiful. Great location for Lewisburg and Healing Appalachia. Highly recommend. Worth the $.

It was wonderful! We came forThe Greenbriar but found an amazing little town. We were within walking distance of many resturants and the main street. Lewisburg is definetly a wonderful surprise. Best small town ever. The cabin is centrally located and soooo comfortable. Like visiting grandmas house. Would definitely come back and stay with you guys. Thanks for having us.

Best place we have ever stayed. Magical. Felt like ihad been there and possibly lived there before. However, I do have a few comments:After a week…I felt there should be a ground floor bedroom outside of the bathroom (where the grill is located) for handicapped or older guests who do not wish to go up and down the stairs. This would give you three bedrooms Also that little area could have a bedroom and a little outside court It could be called “ERMA’S COURT” after theSENATOR’s wife!We brought grab bars with us for the bathroom I used downstairs. I felt safer. We removed them when we left.I would imagine the three bedrooms (with one downstairs) would be a plus for your advertising. Thanks for the clothes racks. We also brought grab bars for the downstairs shower I did not do well after a few days walking the stairs…moved everything downstairs and only slept upstairs. I am a Certified Property Manager and had 34 clients before I retired and developed plans. PS. My grandson would have liked a wood burning fireplace. I had a VRBO home onLake Barkley and did not allow guests to use it. Rnjoye

Beautiful all around. If we were 2 couples rather than 2 singles the price would have felt better. That said- I was not disappointed in the least. Shaye was an excellent host.
