We do not allow parties or excessive noise.

Family friendly with room to spread out. Convenient to have kitchen and even spot to do laundry; bath for babes. We enjoyed walking to the park and playing close by! Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to Iowa city/North Liberty.

The house was exactly as advertised, had everything we needed, and was in a good location that was near everything we wanted. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

A great location for us in looking to be close to University of Iowa. This house had all that was needed for our trip including a separate space for our teens to hang out. A lovely home made this an enjoyable restful trip. Such an easy check in/check out process.

Great stay for our group of 8 for a golf trip. Regan was great with communicating before and during our stay. Plenty of space with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The host responded quickly to some internet issues and helped get things resolved. The property was great overall! It was nice having the living spaces on separate floors from bedrooms where the children were sleeping.

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed having 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths and laundry area. Nice quiet neighborhood, very comfortable, clean home, plenty of towels and supplies

The property is well maintained with plenty of room and the owners were very pleasant and quick on communication with any questions or concerns and reaching out on their own. Great place for our family holiday gathering

We’ve been back two years now as a place to host out of towners to meet up with local family for our belated family holiday gathering. Was very comfortable, good location and hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great place and location

Property was in a great location and nice friendly neighborhood. Lots of space and very clean. The property owners were very friendly and quick to respond when we had questions.
