Casa Cabezon is located in a quiet neighborhood in Rio Rancho New Mexico, next to Albuquerque. It is a spacious and cozy home with plenty of a walking/biking trails close by. It is located 1.7 miles from Rust Medical center, 2.7 miles from Intel, 7 miles to beautiful village of Corrales NM, and 12 minutes to the famous Bosque trail that runs along the Rio Grande River in Albuquerque and Corrales.
Rio Rancho is about 45 minutes from Santa Fe, 20-30 minutes from University of New Mexico ( Albuquerque main campus)/Uptown.
You can find within minutes shopping and variety of restaurants.
Come enjoy NM for its outdoor activities, and famous International Balloon Fiesta in October. Casa Cabezon is 9 miles from the Balloon Fiesta Park.

Wonderful accommodations!

The home was lovely, very clean, and in a nice neighborhood. We appreciated how well it was supplied with linens, dishes and a few kitchen supplies like spices, filters, etc. In addition, the owner was very responsive with regards to all communication. We highly recommend this property.

2 Night Visit

We stayed at this home for two nights. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The home itself was stocked with just what was needed for the four of us who stayed there. The home was clean. Check-in and check-out was a cinch and the property owner was very responsive to my questions. I’d stay here again. The master bedroom has a shower that is accessible for a person who might struggle stepping in and out of a regular tub. The back patio is very nice to sit on in the morning. We had a great stay. The only complain I heard was from my sister who said that the mattress on her bed was stiff, but other than that it was great.

Lots of room

This house was great for a crawling baby and child. Lots of open space and large rooms. Very clean! Our suggestions: burned out bulbs (garage and over stove); TV remote not working well. We thought it was dead batteries but extra batteries left in house didn’t improve remote; had to wrap a wash cloth around shower head in 2nd bathroom. Otherwise water sprays everywhere; closet door in one bedroom kept falling off- a safety hazard; please get softer pillows! Please consider adding an outdoor grill. We would recommend this house for guests. Thank you!

Charming

We were impressed with the home. It was clean and just as nice as the pictures. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and showers. The beds were comfortable and the towels were good quality. On the other hand, the toliet paper was not! We went and bought a small pack. There were games that we enjoyed, but only 1 tv in the home. I did like being able to park in the garage. The patio was also nice. And, although they allow pets, it didn't smell like it. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in Rio Rancho

Our stay at this property was outstanding. We experienced a couple issues with the home that were quickly resolved. The home is located close to all of your shopping needs. Walmart is just a few blocks away and restaurants are also nearby. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The home is very spacious in all aspects. The addition of TV's in all the bedrooms would be a nice touch. Overall it was very pleasant stay!

Birthday trip

State of property to visit bandolier, Santa Fe and Albuquerque Patrick list. Property was quiet and peaceful, everything was clean and well organized. Had a great time!

Great place to stay

The house was clean. We had every thing we needed. The rooms were very spacious. Would rent it again for next year but someone else has already rented it.

Working stay

We were in town to help pack and move my mother in law. This was a physically and emotionally taxing process and each day we were drained. Our rental home afforded us the comfort and refuge we needed to recharge each day. The home is very spacious and the neighborhood is friendly and quite. We spoke with several neighbors and they were all gracious and friendly. This was by far our best vrbo rental experience.
