We enjoyed our long weekend stay. Loved how close the to the beach we were and the bike path. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Awesome house, very clean. Great for our family of 5 adults and 3 children ages 7 and under.You can watch the waves breaking from the upstairs living room and upstairs deck. Host was VERY responsive and reachable. Beach chairs available for the short walk to the beach. VERY NICE!!!!!

All good. Good location between newport beach and Huntington beach. On the corner of access to beach. Equipped with about everything yiu would need. Host very responsive!

House has rust throughout the house, the windows had locks that were rusted and hard to open. The dressers had rusty knobs, one light in master bedroom. The other one did not work, pots and pans have been there for centuries, wish they had at least one lounge chair upstairs on the roof deck, but there is just a table of eight with chairs, great location to the beach, loud noises from local and neighborhood guest, but nothing talks the loud traffic you hear because you’re one street off of coastal highway

Really nice Newport Beach home. We had excellent service by Beachview rentals property management. The house was very clean and all the rooms were as stated. Extremely close proximity to the beach and across from us was a wonderful park area. That was great to walk my little dog. I felt safe. Across the street was a convenient store on Pacific Coast Highway one that had an excellent inventory of wine and liquor among other items.As a previous owner of vacation homes, I really appreciate an excellent property management company and thank Beach view rentals. I would like to list just a few areas that I think could make this house more attractive to renters. All of the bathrooms need a good update and essentially all showerheads need to be updated as soon as possible. The toaster ovens took us a while to find, and both of them are in need of replacement immediately as they look to be electrical hazards. Also, the ceiling lighting in the kitchenette in the living room both need an update of their dimmers as neither one would turn off completely, and that can be problematic in the future for you. No one wants liability!The house layout was excellent and extremely comfortable. We had only four of us and it was extremely spacious. It could easily accommodate up to eight people comfortably. The garage was easy to access and get in and out of. I think some upgrades to the house would be very welcomed and you would have the ability for not only more rentals, but at a higher rate.
