While the street lights along the highway are outside of our control, we always strive to make sure our cabin's private exterior lighting is fully well-lit and clear for guest arrivals. To clarify, smoking is permitted only outdoors and must be done away from all patio furniture, doors, and windows to prevent smoke from entering the cabin or causing damage. We appreciate your feedback Janet. Just to clarify: 1) Door lock was working perfectly fine, as our remote app showed the incorrect code was being entered multiple times which locked you out. We also send our cleaner to assist and she verified this. 2) Our cabin is tucked back in the woods from the highway, with no neighbors in sight. 3) Burn ban was in place during your visit which we had no control over, unfortunately. We are saddened you were not able to enjoy your stay at our family cabin, but glad that you were at least able to experience getting away in Broken Bow.
