Very peaceful Home with Lake Barkley in your back yard! Private Dock Sleeps 8

Our House: Welcome!! 3 bed 2bath includes two queen beds, one full bed, plus full fold out sofa bed. There is also another sectional sofa that does not pull out.
In our waterfront home you wont find any stairs, the easiest walk to the lake is right in the back yard! We love that our yard runs straight into Lake Barkley with very little slope and is one of the few lots without a single stair to our private dock. Come enjoy our peaceful deck as you listen to the wild life around you and watch the boats go by. We are frequently visited by deer, squirrels, and lots of hummingbirds! The house offers a fully stocked kitchen, along with a Keurig coffee maker bar that brews a full pot or K-cups if needed. Ample parking on our private drive gets you right to the homes front door. Towels, cloths, and soap are provided/beach towels are provided as well. Pets are allowed upon request, please let us know who is coming along and what breed and type they are. If you are bringing a boat, the marina is right around the corner of our cove where you can put it in. Eddycreek Marina is the name and they also are a full service marina with a restaurant. We are in a fairly shallow/calm cove where you can easily swim off the dock and fish with no wake but only a half mile from the main channel. Land Between the Lakes Recreation Area is close by and there are many restaurants on and off the water in the area. We hope you enjoy!

Great property with plenty of room. If you have a boat I would highly recommend. Covered dock right on the lake and storage for your trailer. This property is really not missing anything.

The house was perfect. It had everything we needed. It rained almost everyday, so the boating was a bust. However, the very large covered deck overlooking the lake was wonderful!! Would rent again.

Nice lake view with dock. Covered deck was excellent for relaxing. It rained a lot while we were there but the covered deck was great to still enjoy the fresh air while it was raining

Overall the experience was good. It was clean. Host was attentive and easy to communicate with. The lake view and back deck were fantastic. Lots of space in house and comfortable furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Only issue was there was no toilet paper or soap in showers for both bathrooms. Host immediately remedied the toilet paper issue after contacting him. We had brought our own soap. Lastly, the window blinds in master bedroom did not work. Could not lower them and wand was missing. Everything else operated well. We would consider going again.

Great place! Plenty of room, all necessities furnished plus more. Beautiful, serene place to stay. The snow geese landing on the lake was a nice bonus!

Do this a lot between fishing trips and travel baseball. By far the best experience I have had. Everything you would need is available. Beds, linens were super comfortable. WiFi worked(been to places it hasn’t). Pet friendly(first time I brought my dog). He absolutely loved it. The yard is beautiful!!! The dock is perfect!! Fishing was great despite the cold!! This place is a 10 out of 10

Perfectly situated in a quiet cove off Lake Barkley. We enjoyed our week here it was very peaceful. The home was well equipped with several sitting areas, 2 fridges plus a chest freezer and large couches. The dock was just right for our Sea Doos and the marina was just a few minutes away.

Very spacious home with a lovely beach porch to watch the lake, birds, and other wildlife that visit. Henry was very quick to respond to any inquiry we had to make our stay pleasant.
