Enjoy your lake vacation at the newly constructed home minutes from the water, corner lot in a peaceful neighborhood. 2 bedrooms 1 king, 1 queen, 1 1/2 bath full size Samsung washer/dryer. This lot is perfect for boaters or just to kick back and enjoy your stay. Common areas features a large open concept with full size kitchen, gas fireplace.. Gas/combo grill, covered front porch. Bring you boat parking is very good. A variety of restaurants such as Patti's settlement, Oasis bar and grill, The joint BBQ, and authentic mexican restaurant, and Blue Collar grill. Several marina's nearby, Buzzard Rock bar and grill, Hu'be's bar and grill are just a few examples of great food/entertainment just minutes away. Paducah Ky is only a 40 mins drive which offers a shopping mall and multiple restaurants. 2 night minimum stay and 3 night minimum stay on holiday's. There is a pet fee, $25.00 per night per dog limit 2 dogs. Kayaks (2) free available , first come first serve.

Beautiful house. Very peaceful getaway. Pet friendly. Hosts were great. Checked on us mid stay via text to see if we needed anything. Close to moon bay, grand rivers and buzzard rock. Four thumbs up!

Nice place

Clean and spacious place to stay for a long weekend of relaxing. Check-in was easy and location was fairly close to many local places.

This property was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub and patio added to a very relaxing and comfortable evening. I would definitely recommend this place to stay if you’re visiting Lake Barkley.

The place was very nice and up to date. Kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub/outdoor area was very inviting. Close proximity to LBL and Grand Rivers.

Beautiful/Spacious retreat for nature lovers

This house was very clean and spacious. It had everything you needed from cooking supplies to an outdoor jacuzzi. Beautiful views and very large area to spread out if traveling with family

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean when we arrived. It was the perfect place for getting away from it all! We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The owner was great to work with. We had a request and they responded right away! I look forward to staying again!Thank you

The kitchen window wasn’t completely closed prior to showing up so there were several mosquitoes on the kitchen counter. Very nice home and location. The neighbors a couple doors down seemed to have a few loud “disagreements”. If you like to stream your tv entertainment, the living room tv wasn’t able to connect to the internet. Even with the couple small issues, we would stay here again. The hot tub was amazing and normally a peaceful and quiet environment.

Weekend getaway

Very nice house. I would recommend having some instructions for gas fireplace. Remote did not turn on logs no matter what we tried.. House was very comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay again

I'm sorry about the logs, the pilot light is not lit. Wish You had contacted us it's a 5 min fix. the weather has been good and we hadn't lit it yet. We try to make it apparent to all of our guests if they have problems with anything to plz contact us. If you had contacted us your visit may have been more enjoyable and we could've kept our 5 star ratings, we do our very best to make everyone's stay as enjoyable as possible and hope that you return for another visit

Deer Cabin

Lovely property. You can sit on the front porch and see deer throughout the day. They are in the process of building a covered deck area. Interior is beautifully done. Only concern was no internet or cell phone reception inside the house.

Check in was very easy, the facility was just as advertised. Our only issue was the hot-tub in the evening. It started on first push each morning, but in the evening l would push the button and nothing happened, waited several minutes and it started on its own. I had no clue the reason.

Sorry that the spa controls didn't act right while you were here. We have drained it cleaned out n refilled it and tested all the controls and found nothing wrong. We always encourage our guests to report any problems during their stay so that we can address them while you're here n not let it affect your stay with us. The house had some great features like a fantastic shower, updated appliances, a beautiful fire pit, and a solid sound system.During our stay, storms knocked the power out for a while. The owner thoughtfully reached out to us to let us know about the flashlight in the pantry, which was especially considerate since she was dealing with her own outage at home. Thanks for a great place to stay!
