Clean, comfortable house, it was a nice place to get away for a few days. Close to Paducah and all of West Kentucky. Look forward to possibly booking again, maybe in the fall.

Booked last minute anticipating rain, found this at a great price!It's the perfect location for bass fishermen and a large, well cared for home for your whole family to enjoy. Directly across from the boat ramp, 10 minutes from all the shops and food you need or want. Wonderful spot and a wonderful stay!

Home was amazing! Very clean and well stocked with household amenities. Proximity and access to boat ramp and dock was convenient. My husband and son enjoyed fishing while I relaxed on the front porch. Perfect place for weekend get away. Will most definitely book again.

The house was perfect ! Much roomier than we expected ! Spotlessly clean ! The host was amazing !! The gas for the outdoor grill ran out & we texted him & he brought another tank within minutes ! We ate most of our meals on the covered front porch over looking the lake so relaxing . Before we even there a day my husband was already planning a fishing trip for next year We can't wait to stay at this property again !!

It was a beautiful home next to the lake. It was a great place to get away and unwind. We celebrated our Moms 93rd birthday. Quiet and peaceful.

The gas grill was very dirty and the trash can had not been emptied as per instructions. We cleaned the grill better than it was supposed to be. We also wasn’t aware of the brown out from 12-4 in the morning. But overall it was a great experience thanks

Arrived with ease...super clean super cute very spacious plenty of towels, balnkets and lots of space!! An amazing experience with easy access to Patties 1800 settlement (about 20 min). Horse shoe drive way was extremely convenient. Highly recommend and will book again

Soggy Weekend Away

The home was a perfect place to meet with friends who live far away to connect for a weekend. We intended on attending tater day festivities but they ended up being cancelled due to the monsoon level rain and storms that happened over many days. We were comfortable and safe and the home was cozy and had everything we needed to hang at the house. If the weather had been nicer, it would have been an awesome spot to enjoy being outdoors so close to the lake. Overall, the space was perfect for what we were looking for. we needed.

The only thing I have to say is that when we arrived there was a pile of sheets sitting in the hallway. I just moved them to laundry room. Couldn't get the gas grill to work but he came right over and changed the tank. Very nice man. Really was relaxing, just what was needed.

Beautiful spot on the lake host and hostess friendly and so with sweet puppy Stella we had a great time. The host went out of his way to assist us we will diffently be back and let others know ow about this Beautiful 3 bedroom. Absolutely loved it.

Wonderful location with easy access to a community boat ramp and dock. Located only 20 min from Patti's 1880's Settlement where you can get the best pork chops in Kentucky. House is spacious--more than it appears in the photos. Comfortable beds and plenty of quality towels provided. Front porch was lovely to sit out on. Good communication with host.

House was great James was great to respond to questions and was a great host, we needed more ramp passes and he got those for us. House is right across the road from a private boat ramp very nice to be able to put you boat in and be on he water in literally a few minutes, house was clean and a nice front porch to sit in in the evenings and only a short drive to local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again !!
