Complex on water - my unit sits a little back - complex has pier for boats, fishing, dolphin watching, and sunsets. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen. King bedroom has a TV and TV in living area. Beach is 1.5 miles away!

Worst experience imaginable

The landlord of this property canceled out reservation because they had “double booked” through another website. It was very clear with the amount of times they had text me requesting me to add days to my stay that I did not want nor need that the owner wanted more money that weekend so they less than 24hr canceled our reservation, resulting in sleeping in my car for my best friends wedding in a bridesmaids dress. Do NOT book property to spare yourself a nightmare.

WONDERFUL!!!

It was very clean, beds were comfortable and communication was great! I have no complaints at all. Angela was Amazing. We will definitely stay again when we come back!

Quick Momma Beach Trip

We enjoyed our quick lil getaway that was booked last minute. We walked to Docs Seafood one night for dinner and enjoyed the views from a very short walk to the bay. Condo was clean, only thing I can say about improvements was the guest bedroom mattress was a lil uncomfortable and some of the furniture needs to be refurbished. All in All we enjoyed our stay and totally worth the money!!!

Aweful experience

When we arrived, we were given the check in information for the wrong VRBO. We arrived at someone else’s VRBO with all of their belongings. We tried to get in touch with the owner, but we received no response. We were forced to sit in the summer heat for over an hour waiting with nowhere to go. This caused us to miss the plans that we had. In addition, the air conditioning did not work properly. Water was leaking from the vents onto us. The toilets only flushed every once in a while. Multiple outlets did not work. In addition, the WIFI didn’t work. The fans in the room also did not work. the owner was unresponsive

Great Place for Weekend Trip

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean & furnished. Communication with the owner was spotty, but she did provide all the information we needed. Would stay again.

Not the best, won’t be back.

If you stay, bring your own sheets, blankets, towels, dishes, cleaning supplies, trash bags, eating utensils and a mini fridge. The blankets had mold in them and we started to wash and clean the pots and pans but decided they were not safe to use so we had to buy new everything. Idk why the cleaning deposit was for because we had to clean it before we could stay.

Was a nice place to stay and very convenient, clean and cozy!

Nice and relaxing!

It was nice and relaxing. I enjoyed my stay with me and my two daughters. The dishwasher leak bubbles at the start of the cycle just about it, but all was good. I was hoping it was closer to the beach. And also maybe it would be nice if maybe y'all gave us something for parking at the beach to go on the beach maybe like a parking pass or a stick we can use for free parking it was aggravating having to make sure I had money on me every time I wanted to go to the beach because the card reader would read my chip so I had to go to a atm every time I wanted to go to the beach. Which costed me atm fee's

Great place out of the way

Had a great time. The place had a nice pool and was just a few minutes from the beach. Kitchen had everything you needed.

Communication with owner was great! I give that 5 stars. However, the property's pictures listed is not the unit we stayed in. All the furniture, decor, appliances and even the wall color was not as pictured. The unit needs a lot of updating. The floor tiles were uneven and cracked. The countertops were chipped and not level. There was significant mold under all sinks with holes in walls under the sinks. The refrigerator had mold where the door met. I found a hair on the bath towels, so I had to wash all of those before they could be used. No curtains in the bedrooms, so outside lights showed through the blinds all night. No laundry basket for dirty clothing/towels, no hangers if you needed them. The kitchen had no paper towels available as stated and the bathroom had half used toilet tissue. The furniture is dated and needs updating. It is a good location to the bay for fishing, but a drive to the public beach which is not my favorite choice, but I knew that when I booked. It is very difficult to get into parking lot due to traffic pattern. I did not report findings to owner as we were only staying a few nights. I would probably not stay here again unless there was a lot of updates done.

Nice & Clean

Check in process was easy. I just made a phone call and was told the code to get in. The condo is very nice and clean. It is not far from the beach at all. I was there for a business trip so WiFi was a need for me. The WiFI was not great at all but overall our stay was good. 4 stars!
