Fully remodeled in September 2021, this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in Hale Kai O Kihei 210 welcomes you! This second floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. The location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric, sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a beautiful, serene beach. Parking is right on property and free.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.) which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 50” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full service grocery store.

What a wonderful place! Easy parking, great location, beautiful scenery. The building property is well-managed and clean. The unit was totally updated and very nice with all amenities. Having the cooler available and the snorkel gear was great. Would totally stay here again.

The view was gorgeous. The condo was updated which created a very nice ambience. The house manager was friendly. We would go back again! It was close to restaurants & activities.

Hawaii was definitely an awesome experience. This room had amazing views right on the water! Watching the sunset the nice we were there were amazing so glad we picked a unit with air conditioners. I don’t think I could’ve slept down there without them!

The unit was tastefully furnished, appliances were good quality, and we really appreciated the welcome goodies and basic necessities, especially the coffee. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Grocery stores and restaurants were close by, but the best was the beach right outside our door! What a great view to wake up to. Joe was an excellent host, very helpful.

The property is set up perfectly. They have everything a VRBO should have. My only complaint is not their fault. The pool is pretty small and the beach is very shallow for swiming, but lots of nice beaches close by. Thanks Joe!

Joe is excellent to work with and very responsive.The property is amazing and its location is unbelievable. It is right on a beach you can walk for miles and a block away from wonderful restaurants and any store you will need or want.We will definitely be back.

Our stay here was very relaxing. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. The view was priceless and made for beautiful sunsets and the beach access was very convenient, we saw multiple turtles while on the beach and whales jumping as well. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful condo in Kihei over Christmas 2025. Everything about our stay was perfect. The location could not be better, the unit is fresh, clean and beautifully done, and the host is very responsive and clearly wants the very best for his guests.

Our AC started having trouble on the day of check in. Joe quickly had someone out to look at it and even had us move to a similar open unit for quicker comfort. Both units were clean, updated, cozy and had fantastic views of sunset every night. I would definitely stay here again whenever we return to Maui!

Wonderful condo! Well supplied and decorated. The sofa bed was very comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor. Saw tons of whales! The moon was fabulous in the early morning! Easy access to the beach. I would stay here any time.

Everything was great! Had a minor concern with the refrigerator, called Joe, had someone over within an hour to check it out and followed up with a repair man the next morning. Done!

Great spot!

Walkable to many restaurants and right on the water with beautiful views! The best part was the sea turtles basking on the beach right outside the condo!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent, with a beautiful view of the ocean that made every morning special. The condo was comfortable and overall very enjoyable. Only a small note: we noticed some tiny ants in the kitchen, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t take away from the experience. Would happily stay here again!
