Great place

We really enjoyed this condo! Great location on The ground level with easy access to the pool or beach. We are originally from Maui and were back visiting our kids. Highly recommended

Fantastic little gem

This was such a cute place! Walk out to the beach from our patio! Clean, great amenities, and very attentive to a small matter which was quickly resolved. The sunset is directly in front of us each evening and the quaint beach was perfect! Restaurants and shopping just a few minutes walk. Fantastic!!

Beautiful view

This location has a stunning view of sunsets and you could watch whales from the kitchen. It was clean and well equipped with anything you need in the kitchen, etc. The location was a little busy for us but you can walk to stores, restaurants, etc. They are busy roads, but I think that's just Maui.

Ocean!!

Beautiful sunsets every night from your patio. You can sit on the sand or by the pool and enjoy the cool ocean breezes. Easy access to the water. Saw turtles daily. Condo was very clean. Had everything we needed for a 9 night stay. Didn’t want to leave.

Best 50th birthday!

I couldn't have asked for anymore more! Literally steps from the beach, quiet neighborhood, beautiful sunrises. Christine thought of everything you could need and she was so responsive before and during the trip! We will be back!

Perfect location!

The condo is perfectly located along the beach with views to the water! We sat on the large lanai every morning and evening enjoying the variety of birds and ocean waves. People came every night for the unobstructed sunsets which were AMAZING! Although the bedroom was small (fits a King though!) the condo has plenty of storage in all rooms for your belongings. An umbrella for the beach (to accompany the provided beach chairs) would have been a plus;)

Great place to stay

Lovely little place for some relaxation on the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Even had a sea turtle join us for sunset on the beach one night

Epic trip and location.

Aloha! We came to Maui to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had an epic time. We loved the location, unit, and complex. It had everything we needed, amazing sunsets, beautiful ocean views, turtles, pool, grill, and an amazing kitchen. Great shops around the area amazing coffee shop, grocery store, restaurant, etc. Also, the area was super quiet and a great place to relax. We would book here again.

Updated Beach Front Gem

The unit seems to have been very recently updated. They did a great job with the renovation. Super clean, cool and tidy. Great views right out the doors and easy walks to places to eat out or at the market. The overall location is great as it's very central to driving north, south, east or up country for different beaches and experiences.

Lovely Kihei Beachfront Gem

Beautiful remodel, amazing location (walk to almost anything you need), great views, amazing sunsets, easy parking, prompt owner communication. We live on Maui and needed a place to stay for a month between selling our home and closing on our new home.. This condo was everything we could have asked for and the owners were a pleasure to deal with.

Beautiful Condo right on the beach.

Views are fabulous - however be aware there is not swiming/snorkling recommended right in front of the condo - however it is Maui, so many great places a short drive away! Hostess was great at communication and accommodating our needs. Would recommend additional towels/wash cloths for guests.

This unit is stunning. Quality finishes and fully equipped. This unit is first floor ocean front with a beautiful lawn. I wouldn’t stay in this building unless I was on the first floor. It is such an extension of the space. The management in the building is very helpful w d available. The complex is close to everything.

This property met all of our expectations. The bed was very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. Super linens and kitchen supplies.

What a view!

Great property. Property manager was always available and got back to me right away. Just a few minor issues which were immediately attended to. Beach right out front. Beautiful sunsets every night. Great location. John, who takes care of the complex, was great and always available.

Steps from the Beach

Seriously, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay for my wife and me. The pictures do not do this property justice as the beach is closer than it looks. Great location, as well! Aside from Hana, everything was within 30 minutes. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Oasis

This is a great little condo, right on the beach. It's in central Maui and a good launch point for much if the island. A few minutes from more resorty Wailea, 25 minutes from Lahaina or Paia. Clean with a bunch of amenities like beach chairs, little coolers, etc. We often got back around sunset for awesome views from the beach or the patio/lanai. The other folks in the building were chill and friendly. Very few folks on the beach, so it felt private. Water was great and calm. Saw a few turtles each day on the beach and constantly sat and watched the whales offshore. Everything was easy and as listed, so we never had to contact anyone on anything. Really enjoyed this location and will seek to stay here again if we get to return to Maui.

Loved it!

This was our tenth visit to Maui, every time in Kihei, our fourth attempt to find the most suitable location. Our daughter and her spouse had found Hale Kai O Kihei last year and thought we’d like it. They were right as this condo’s ground floor location, proximity to the ocean, shopping, and sense of community really suited us! We found the unit very comfortable and the manager, Christine, was super helpful when we contacted her. Yes, we loved it so much that we’ve booked for 2024 and look forward to enjoying the promised Reno’s that will happen before our return. Yes, five star for us!

Beautiful view

The view is wonderful. The bed is uncomfortable. We received 2 and 1/2 rolls of T.P. for 7 days . There were no dishwasher tabs. We were told by the manager if we wanted dishwasher tabs or more toilet paper we would have to buy our own. I would have thought for the money we paid it would have been included. We did leave 3 double rolls so hopefully the next guests will have T.P.

Our names are Fred and Pam Green. We have travelled to Hawaii many times over the last 3 decades. We love all of Hawaii, but have a special place in our hearts for the island of Maui. We purchased this condo, #102 in 2022 and #205 in 2018 to have a place to come to with family and friends and share our love for this beautiful island.

We were first struck by the amazing views from the lanai and the close proximity to the beach. We love the peacefullness of the beach, being the only condo building in the midst of many single family residenses really lends itself to the feeling of a private beach. The location topped off our attraction to this property being in a generally sunnier, warmer area of Maui, yet within an easy drive of other appealing areas.
