Welcome to unit #354! Our 2 bedroom unit features vaulted ceilings and wood floors. It boasts a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed, an enclosed loft bedroom with a king size bed and a princess balcony, a queen size sofa-bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a drawered mini-fridge, 2 burner stovetop, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Don't forget to enjoy the balcony and bonus window to watch the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.
It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 60 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Labor Day weekend

Great location to stay

We have stayed at the Edgewater multiple times a year for decades. We love the location. This is one of the nicest rooms there. Very roomy and nicely appointed. We hope to visit it again soon!

Great trip to Charlevoix

This is a great location in Charlevoix that is close to town and allows for an easy walk to shopping and dining. This unit has the best view of the lake and the bridge. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. There is no oven available which was not a problem for us as we had no plans for cooking on our vacation. There is a stove and microwave for re-heating things if needed. This is truly a great place to stay. We will absolutely choose it again for any future trips to Charlevoix.

Stunning views of the lake and the bridge, located in the perfect area. The room was beautifully decorated and with both updated kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and we particularly enjoyed how much light the skylights in the master bedroom and bathroom provided. Highly recommend room 354. We would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Absolutely beautiful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was fantastic, the view was absolutely stunning. The furniture, really needs an upgrade. Tabletops are scuffed and dinged up. The couch is a bit well worn. WiFi in the room was good if you stood by the door, but nonexistent elsewhere. But the room itself and the view, OMG that view!, make up for the faults.

Great location, nice balcony!

The furniture was a bit dated and some not in great shape. It was very warm and we could not locate any air conditioning, but there were ceiling fans. I might have missed either the location of air conditioning or missed that there was none in the description. A screen on the balcony door may have helped cool it down, but there wasn’t one. It was a great location and you could walk to everything and watch the boats from the balcony which was a lot of fun.

Round Lake Condo

Although the condo was clean there were multiple things in need of attention. The air conditioning was not working for the first day and front desk staff were not able to assist. Luckily one of our family members were able to find and check breaker the next day which solved the problem. In an attempt to open windows to ventilate condo the screen door fell off the track again requiring a family member to come over and rehang it. A towel bar in the first floor bathroom kept falling off the wall and several lamps/lampshades came apart every time they were turned on. These issues were stressful for the Bride and her bridesmaid the night prior to the wedding.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great trip the location of unit was perfect to downtown. Upon arrival front staff start off friendly. When getting into unit we realized quickly it was not the same unit we had selected. We decided it was not a huge deal but then found out that the freezer wouldn’t open. Front staff was then not wanting to help. They said they knows it was broke but didn’t get to fixing it. They offered to change our unit which we agreed to so then loaded things back together to then find out they said we can’t actually move you we don’t have another unit clean. (The complex was not close to full). It was still a good trip but for the money needs to have some maintenance done on several things in and out of the unit.

Reviewer Comments: The unit we rented was very nice with a great view, only issue with it was the fireplace did not work. Would have added that extra romantic feel. Asked to have it looked at but had left the "do not disturb" sign on the door.There is a letter that I would have liked to have seen before making a deposit that basically makes you responsible for everything and if you disobey any of the rules, like: getting makeup on a towel or leave a towel somewhere you will be charged: washcloth, $10 hand towel $15 towel each! Smoking $275, Pet on premise $275.Have stayed in places all over the world and have never been charged for losing or getting a towel dirty!It is located next to the draw bridge so you do get to hear the cars going over it (not a loud noise).Called several times to ask a question or two before booking, but never received a return call until after a deposit was made?Over all it is a nice unit in a good location, close to restaurants and shops.Would like to thank Rose for going above and beyond to return my keys I left behind in the room!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was nothing stated on the website when we booked that the building would be under construction during our stay. The workers started on the roof at approximately 7:30am both Saturday and Sunday morning of our stay. They were playing music extremely loud and it forced us to leave the condo during the day since it was so disruptive. While trying to enter the building, we had to walk through mud since the roofers had a ladder located directly in the sidewalk . They had the road parking lot blocked off multiple times with roofing debris on the ground. The pool area was out of clean towels and dirty towels covered the chairs and tables. There was mildew on the ceiling tiles and the men’s shower was out of order. The condo itself was clean. We were unable to use the balcony which we hadn’t been notified of prior to booking. There was trim missing from the floorboards. The view was great but I definitely think the construction should have been communicated to us prior to booking this non-refundable room. Extremely disappointed with the experience we had.
