This was our 8th summer in a row staying a week in Charlevoix. We have stayed in every area of town, but this is by far the very best, especially for families who love the beach. This house felt new, very spacious and immaculately clean. We loved our time here, and hope to stay again!

The cabin was lovely. We had the unfortunate timing of midge fly season by the water. They were not too bad by the cabin. We still had a great stay. The cabin is a great location to visit Harbor Springs and Cross Village.

I would recommend different kitchen chairs. The wooden ones are a bit hard on most people. Otherwise everything was great.

We’ve stayed at this home several times now, and it’s become one of our favorite family traditions. It’s the perfect getaway — ideal for families or a small group of friends. The location couldn’t be better: walking distance to everything in town and just a short drive to Petoskey, the Tunnel of the Trees, and so many great spots nearby. Each visit has been a wonderful mix of comfort, convenience, and connection. The home is always clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up for guests. We look forward to returning each year — it’s truly a special place that’s become part of our family’s story.
