Perfect for a group getaway

Property was exactly as advertised and we had a blast. We would highly recommend this property to any group heading to the Phoenix area.

Great house/yard with a few things to note

PROS: -Huge house and yard -Great for families, bigger groups, kids/teens -Fun games, shuffle board, arcade room -Convenient location close to airport, shops, etc -Quick responses from Lisa/management CONS: -We stayed in December and were planned on a heated pool. The heater was broken and we were not informed until our stay with a response of “sorry for the inconvenience.” It was a BIG bummer for children -House was cleaned but there were many small items broken or missing. We sent a list after our stay. We had to buy toilet paper & a few kitchen items to cook/stay for 4-5 days. -Neighborhood is quite a contrast to house and there were fireworks until 1AM (it was Christmas) and many drinking or smoking weed in front yards nearby… this did not bother us too much, but it might impact others. It was noisy 9pm-midnight. Overall, fun stay and convenient location. Lisa was a good host. Really wish for our vacation we could have used pool.

Weekend stay

Lots of activities for children to do. Loved video room. Lots of square footage. Pool and hot tub very nice.

Arizona getaway

Ladies weekend

We had a great time here. Convenient location, well stocked kitchen, cute house that fit our large group well, fun backyard Although the hot tub didn’t work, the hostess tried to get it fixed and when that didn’t work and made up for the lack of it. We would book here again.

Perfect Space!

The home was perfect for our annual friends get-together. We very comfortably fit 13 adults in this home with plenty of room to spare. The location was perfect for running errands to get food and groceries nearby. It is also only about 10-15 mins to and from the airport in an Uber/Lyft. The backyard and outdoor entertainment area was another highlight of the home. I would gladly stay here again!

Perfect home to gather with Family

Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed this home. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and inviting. We loved gathering in the kitchen around the large island. Speaking of the kitchen - it is stocked with everything that you will need and more. We appreciated the plastic kid-sized cups, plates and utensils for the little ones. The back yard is huge, enabling us to hold our competitive family games (relays, water balloon toss, etc). The little ones had a great time running around and playing on the trampoline. Though the water was very warm (outside temps hovered around 115 degrees) everyone spent a lot of time in the pool.. Our host was quick to respond to any question. Beds were plentiful and comfortable and 5 bathrooms were wonderful for our large group! The house is easily accessible from I-17, not too far from the airport. This was a perfect location for our family reunion!

Needs work

We are reviewing with the email sent, that never received a response As small business owners, there are things we like to know, and so we are sharing it all with you. Lisa was a pleasure to work with leading up to the event. She was very attentive and answered a multitude of questions we had. Lisa was on vacation for our stay and left someone else in charge. The home was beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing, with perfectly appointed decorations and free from clutter. Upon arrival as we began to look for all the supplies we would need it became apparent that a deep clean was necessary. The majority of what we needed was not in the correct places as labeled in the kitchen and when we found what we needed it was all dirty, slimy, greasy, as though the previous folks as well as cleaning crew did not wash dishes, silverware, pots, pans, serving bowls, crock pots, etc. At least one of the beds had dirty sheets as we explained to you. In the bunk room, one of our attendees played "guess the stain" on her bunk wall. The pool had no chlorine, was not vacuumed, and the filter constantly turned off. Outside was filthy, branches strewn across the backyard and deck, pool toys thrown around, and garbage was left from the previous tenant, forcing us to throw garbage on the grown and attract critters. There were balloon remnants, inside silverware and plastic silverware left outside as well. A party that no one cleaned up from. The mister leaked and was unusable, the local contact promised to come back and fix it and take out the garbage that was left from the previous tenants, which never happened. The AC was a complete nightmare, downstairs was never comfortable. Half of our attendees slept in rooms that were suffocatingly hot or they slept upstairs on the couch. The front king room to the right downstairs had no AC air flow. When we texted the local contact the second time for the AC he didn't respond until the morning of our checkout. Overall this was a giant disappointment. We are not sure where the figure of a $625 refund came into play, but that too is an epic fail.

Wonderful back yard

This house is wonderful for large groups! There is plenty of space for sleeping, hanging out, and cooking. The back yard is definitely the star of the house. So many things to do and it’s a great space. The owner was very easy to communicate with and always replied quickly. Thank you so much, our family had a wonderful time!

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay. The home was perfect for our large family of 20 with great spaces for all ages to hang out! The pool and outdoor space was awesome. The home had everything we needed.

wonderful property!

Everything was neat, and clean. If any issue arose, they were quick to remedy the situation immediately. We even had left something behind and they ensured that we received it. Thank you for such hospitality!!!!!

Fantastic stay during the holidays - 5 star

My group and I stayed for two nights at this property. Leading up and during the staye, our host Lisa was friendly and communicative. We found it to be spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The kitchen contained nearly everything you would need to cook a large meal. I enjoyed the variety of things to do at this house: pool, jacuzzi, outdoor firepit, trampoline, pac-man machine, TV, et cetera. The only thing to beware of is the relatively early check out time, but that is probably most places. I would be extremely glad to stay here again.
