We have stayed here before. It is an excellent condo. We have stayed in several of the buildings at Amelia Landings and even more of the condos. This one is the best in terms of location, appointments, appliances, utensils, bedding and furniture. Everything is great.

We will keep coming back to this beautifully decorated, well-maintained condo. Our hosts are communicative and thoughtful, the location is ideal, and we could not ask for a better atmosphere. We have been here three or four times and have enjoyed every visit. We highly recommend this condo!

We loved our stay at this cozy condo! The porch was awesome and the beach accessories available were amazing. Our hosts were very gracious in answering any questions we had in a quick manner. The beach was a short walk down the street and the downtown area was a short drive - around 10 minutes. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely return!

We had a great experience staying at this lovely condo. The location is perfect for walking trails and visiting beaches, parks and Ft. Clinch. The condo is well equipped with cooking utensils, essential spices, and coffee pods. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo rental. It truly had everything you could need and felt just like a home away from home. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully set up so we didn’t have to worry about a thing during our stay. From the cozy atmosphere to the convenient amenities, everything made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free getaway.

Enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. It has everything needed to make guests feel at home. The location is excellent with a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the historic area with a ton of restaurants and shops. Loved the screened in porch, very quiet and relaxing. Owners were in touch to make sure all was well. Highly recommend!!!

Elizabeth and her guests were Respectful, quiet, and respected the house rules. Checked in with no problem and checked out on time. They communicated all questions they had which helps us make the hosting experience easy and smooth. Easy guest to host, I also recommend them to any host and we’d love to have them stay with us any time in the future.

Perfect Beach Getaway Condo

This condo was beach themed and well stock with necessary supplies. Our favorite part was the close proximity to the beach - just a half mile walk! Highly recommend.

Comfortable furniture and wonderful TV for watching The Masters!

We had a lovely stay. Loved everything about it - except the beds were not comfortable in our opinion.

Claire and guest were very respectful to our property and did a great job keeping our condo clean. We welcome them back anytime. Although we cannot make everyone happy on the mattress's comfortability to each guest, we have found a comfort level most pleasing to the majority of our guests.

We have stayed in several different buildings and units in the Amelia Landings complex over the past 10 years. This one was by far the best! Nicely decorated, comfortably furnished and equipped with everything we might need. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

I loved the convenience of the property and proximity to the beach and really decent restaurants. Also, Mitch and Teresa provided access to the equipment needed to use the amenities and thought of so many touches that helped make it an easy and relaxing yet fun trip for both me and my husband. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Everything was perfect!

Loved everything about this place. Short walk to the beach and close to other activities. Condo had everything we needed. The screened-in porch was wonderful. Would definitely recommend!

Great place!

This was a great place to stay in fernandina beach. It was clean and comfortable. The beach was a short walk. The condo had everything we needed for our visit. Lots of restaurants close by and a greenway across the street. Owners were kind and responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay!

Our stay here was one of the best experiences we've had with VRBO. Immaculate and beautifully decorated, this condo was super cozy and equipped with everything we needed for our beach getaway. The owner's hospitality shone through in every space and also in their prompt and kind communication. We will definitely return in the future!

Denise, Ken and Carrie were guests that only a host can dream about! My 4 star review on cleaning was a gross fat finger on my part and should have been a 10 star review if I could leave one with VRBO. They went well above cleaning standards than most of my guests, should any host doubt booking them. Don’t!!!! My only regret is they didn’t stay longer! I welcome your family back here anytime.

Beautiful condo close to the beach. Spotless and tastefully decorated. Fully stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and has plenty of places to walk. The area has good restaurants and an excellent ice cream shop nearby. Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

This condo is absolutely perfect. My sister was celebrating her 70th birthday, and we had a great time on Amelia Island. Condo was very clean and felt like home. The owners are very nice and very responsive. Can’t go wrong renting this gem!
