Great Place!

We came to stay with my young kids and my parents for a week. The fenced in yard is a major plus. The house is wonderful. Really a top notch rental that I highly recommend!

Great House!

This was our 2nd stay in this great house! We love the sun room, the outdoor patio with sun shades, the chaise lounges and striped umbrellas and the bed swing! The yard is completely fenced in which makes it super kid friendly plus it’s only a few steps to the beach.

Family vacation

Rented this home for my annual vacation with my two children, their spouses, and my three grandchildren, age 2, 9 months, and 3 months. The yard and porch with swing were perfect. Although the kitchen is very small, we grilled every night and ate outdoors. We all loved the setting and even had professional family photos shot there. Highly recommend!!

Excellent house with easy access to a nice, private beach. Excellent communication with Maxine as she answered all our questions quickly. Check in and check out processes were extremely easy. We had 6 adults staying the week and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you would want in a vacation house. The kitchen is tiny, but that wasn’t a problem as we weren’t planning on cooking anyway. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were nice with plenty of water pressure. The pool house was well equipped with quality beach chairs, umbrella’s, boogie boards, sand buckets and anything else you could think of needing at the beach. The house is on a busy highway, but the traffic is barely noticeable. It is a 15 minute drive to St. Augustine to the south and a 15 minute drive to Ponte Vedra Beach to the north. The house isn’t fancy, but it is very nice with quality furnishings. If you’re looking for a nice house on a quiet beach, this is perfect. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Best Place & Host in South Ponte Vedra !

Our 2nd time staying here and once again everyone loved it! No crowds, plenty of space to relax, and beach access steps from the house. Maxine is wonderful and really helps to make your stay a stress free experience. We're already looking forward to trip #3!

Beyond Awesome!

Pictures do not do this home justice. It had everything we needed and then some! The kitchen is small but who cooks on vacation. There are plenty of great restaurants including Fish Camp and Valley Smoke nearby. There is a great grill on the patio which we used on Memorial Day. Everything was fantastic and we plan to return next year hopefully for at least 2 weeks. Thank you Maxine!

Family celebration

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at this charming beach house. The living spaces are well thought out so guests can come together or enjoy quiet time. The home was very clean and every amenity provided. The location was amazing. We enjoyed wonderful sunrises and long walks at the beautiful, private the beach. We can't say enough about this lovely home and thoughtful host, Maxine!

Lovely Beach Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated beach cottage. Everything was as described--and the kitchen is really that small! But we made it work! Maxine was quick to reply and very gracious. We have already booked a return trip and plan to make this location a tradition! Thank you for sharing this week with us.

Great family stay!

We loved this property. The house is a great size and clean. The surf shack was handy for storing extras. And beach access was perfect. St Augustine is a cute town to explore. Lots of things to do! We would stay here again.

Beautiful Beachfront Home!

Great beach house right in the middle of good golf/grocery stores (north) and St. Augustine (south); about 20 minutes both directions. Stayed here with a group of 4 and we were very comfortable. Fantastic backyard and beach access! Would absolutely stay here again.

Best House Ever!!

We loved this house! We all agreed we should stay here again. The beachfront setting was gorgeous. We sat outside every evening on the patio enjoying the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves.

Beautiful House and Great Location

There were six of us in this house, including two under 4 years of age, and we could not have had a better family vacation. The house is charming, quiet, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We had everything we needed for our stay and enjoyed having such a pretty terrace and yard to enjoy in the afternoon, too. The property manager always responded immediately to any questions we had. We hope to return!

Wonderful Stay!

The house is perfectly laid out. Plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms inside. Living room great for group gatherings and porch room in the back worked for our group as well. We have adult children and while one watched TV in the living room the other was in the porch room. Amazing view with a beautiful backyard. Shack has a bathroom with shower as well which came in handy. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent House and Location

Our family has been vacationing on Ponte Vedra Beach for over 20 years and have stayed in many houses on the beach there. This was our first stay in this home and it was awesome. Perfect location, very secluded area, which makes it feel even more like your own private beach. Walk out your back door and enjoy a beautiful back yard, then walk down to the beach in seconds. Home has recently been redone and very nice. Kitchen is small, but we don't go on vacation to cook, so it was just enough for what we needed. Highly recommend this home.

Close to beach

House was just like the pictures!!! A lot of room for a family. The kitchen was small and no dishwasher. We usually go to Fort Walton-Destin Florida so the sand was a lot different. Full of sea shells and brown. We all had a great time!!!

Ideal Beach House

Our stay was wonderful! Our family group consisted of 6 adults, 1 2-year old, and a 6-year old! The beach was perfect: sparsely populated and gorgeous. The house was spacious and very comfortable. We were delighted with its cleanliness and its large, well-appointed patio. The host was thoughtful and responsive. We hope to return!
