Great Location

Under 21 and wanted somewhere close to the beach and walkable. Loved being so close to the beach, able to walk to ice cream, restaurants and the beach, and also being able to cook at our place.

Location is the only plus

Very under loved. Shower curtain rod kept falling down. Toilet seat is old and chipped. Curtains need to be replaced. They don’t fit windows and rods are bent. Wall is chipped and night stands and dresser need paint. It could be so cute with some TLC.

Short but pleasant stay

We got there 3pm had a family emergency at 130am had to pack up and leave but while we were there plenty of restaurants to choose from and cute location and cute place..bed was a bit too uncomfortable though..thats what i would change

This is the perfect spot for one or two people near the beach. It is clean, well-stocked, and very walkable. The managers were very responsive when I emailed them. There are a free washer and dryer on site and plenty of beach equipment if you need it.

Unusable shower. Unbelievably Tiny. Couldn’t wash important body parts. Water stream ridiculous. Maybe a small child could have washed properly. A handheld would have improved it some. Scant household items, don’t expect to prepare meals, one pan, few plates, couple glasses. Online pics must be panoramic, not a true representation of the space available. PROPERTY TITLE NOT ACCURATE. Altho not hosts fault, feel that ad is misleading in saying few steps from beach, majority of beach accesses closed due to beach erosion - hurricane. Should have updated description to reveal this fact. Feel duped by the ad title. Most of disappointments could have been corrected.

Weekend getaway

We wanted to stay close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. This rental was a good choice as everything was within a few blocks.

Very nice little place and great location.

Very happy with the room, but I would have liked the beach umbrella to be in working condition. It was broken and unusable. There was one beach chair in front of our place that we did end up using . It was In working order despite its dilapidated appearance. Just remove them completely and remove them as part of the listing and things would have been perfect. I would have then brought mine from home. Still very happy with the accommodations.

Overall great from booking to checking in to checking out & great access to everything we went for on put vacation. For a studio condo...perfect for a couple.

Just as promised

Overall our stay was just as it was promised. Perfect location close to beach, shops and restaurants. It is as advertised small older unit but right for the price. Cons it could use updating. Very small shower. Pots and pans I would not use. Coating is coming off the pans. We did not have dish towel/cloths but were given one by the housekeeper. Not enough electrical outlets as they are used by necessary items such as air conditioner, wi-if and tv. However, the price and location were perfect. The management company was very quick to respond to us when we had a slight hiccup. If you are expecting luxury skip this unit but is you want something that won’t break the bank and is close to the beach then give it a try. Recommendation: put together an informational booklet for your guests.

We will be back

We absolutely loved our stay here. Walking distance to a cafe for breakfast and restaurants for lunch and dinner. A one minute walk to the beach for amazing sunsets. The property was clean and the room has been updated. We will definitely be coming back!

Small but clean

Cute little studio, clean with a great location. Email questions answered quickly by management. Two of us did nicely, but if you are a little “fluffy” like us, the shower can be a bit claustrophobic. Very very small with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Air conditioner worked wonderfully and convenient parking. One block to the beach, comfy beach chairs and beach towels provided. If the shower was the only downfall, the rest of the amenities made up for it.

Could be better!

Location great-close to beach and restaurants. Adequate space for two with ample kitchen supplies.The shower badly needs updated-floor and walls are beyond repair, constant dripping. No standard bed pillows or pillowcases. Part of patio in front of our unit is rough. I tripped and fell which caused us to shorten our stay.

Great location by the beach

This was perfect for a quick beach getaway. Access to the beach was amazing. Restaurants within walking distance. The room is small (shower was tight) and basic but it covers all basis and is clean and safe. That's all we needed! Would definitely come back again.
