Our new boutique coastal style building features SIX APARTMENTS. There are two apartments per floor. Each condo is a TWO BEDROOM / TWO BATHROOM beautiful direct BEACHFRONT with EXTRA-LARGE balconies facing the beach. Balconies are perfect for outside dining.
Relaxed Florida casual décor. Super comfortable beds.
Fees include EVERYTHING YOU NEED for an amazing beach vacation: paddle board, skim boards, canoes, beach chairs, all kinds of beach toys, beach umbrellas and beach towels. There are two BBQ grills on the property. Each apartment provides 2 parking spaces. Also there is a WASHER and DRYER in each unit.
There is an ELEVATOR for those that wish to avoid stairs. A HEATED SWIMMING POOL makes it all complete! There are BBQ grills in the pool area for fun beach / poolside dining.
There are two apartments on each floor. So, if you have another family or a larger group you can search ID#1144164 (Unit 202) for availability, and book both units, which would give you the luxury of the entire floor!
Indian Rocks Beach has many wonderful restaurants and fun attractions located close by.
