Downtown Location, Clean Prop

Six of us friends vacationed w/3 dogs. Backyard was great for the pups to roam around and the propane grill was handy to use. We enjoyed the house, host was very responsive, and I highly recommend staying here. We were within walking distance to Palafox, where all the action is going on.

Great location clean house

The house was clean it came with everything we needed . Only thing it could have used was some nite lights since I got up with a little one a few times other then that will definitely book another trip there neighborhood was friendly to we met of of the locals and it was nice

Wonderful stay

Location perfect! The park nearby was beautiful and such a great place to walk our dog. Everything that we needed was provided in the house. The cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in! And our dog loved running around in the fenced in backyard. Would love to stay here again.

Nice property

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s cute and cozy. Plenty of kitchen utensils to make meals. Friendly neighborhood. Close enough to the beach. If any feedback I’d say better quality bath towels and the entry door takes a few seconds to unlock and lock. We would definitely stay here again.

Will stay again!

This property was exactly as represented! This home is close to everything downtown Pensacola has to offer and you can walk or bike everywhere. The home was exceptionally clean upon our arrival, it has 2 parking spaces, was well stocked with all the basic essentials, has a lovely fenced backyard and upper and lower porches to enjoy, and the host is very responsive. We will most definitely stay here again!

Everything we needed and more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pensacola. The house was in pristine condition and supplied well with cooking utensils, toiletries and snacks. We enjoyed the back covered patio and the convenient location to all the amenities we wanted to enjoy. Very walkable to downtown.

Very nice house close to downtown

The house is very nice and comfortable for a family or two or three couples. Close to downtown Pensacola and all the attractions there. Questions and issues were addressed quickly by the owner/manager.

Great property - location

This property over delivers in all aspects. You can walk downtown, Blue Wahoo’s stadium or stroll the neighborhood. All bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean at check in. Nice snack basket was included in the kitchen. We travel with our small dog and the house was perfect. Kathy was very accommodating and easy to work with. I fully recommend this property and will be staying here again on our next visit to Pensacola.

Hail mary for pensacon

Our prior reservation canceled on is and then we found this gem of a listing. Clean, comfy beds, pet friendly and perfect for a two night or long term stay. Soaking tub was a plus.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The host is very responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and enjoyable. The beds were comfortable. I will try to get this home again for my next trip to Pensacola.

Clean home, nice downtown location

Good location to see the navy/air museum, forts, beaches, gallery night. A must stop dining is McGuires restaurant.

Wonderful Home

We really enjoyed our stay. We went to a baseball game, and the stadium is walking distance. This is a very nice home, and it is conveniently located near downtown and the bay. Nice fenced backyard for our dogs to play. Owner is very nice and very easy to communicate with.
