You'll love staying in the updated, and full of character, South Farm property. The 140-year old home sits on 2 acres that borders nearly 300 acres of the south tract of Wau-Ke-Na William Erby Smith Preserve, and is minutes to nearby beaches including the 1200-ft, dog-friendly beach at the north tract of Wau-Ke-Na William Erby Smith Preserve (just two miles north to the parking lot, then a short nature trail walk). The south preserve offers hiking/nature trails, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and birdwatching. South Farm is minutes from the crossroads of Glenn, MI, nearby farm stands and breweries, and is only 15 minutes from the large beaches and attractions in South Haven and Saugatuck (Douglas and Fennville too!). The property comes with all the comforts of home, a spacious outdoor patio, fire pit, grille, Level 2 EV charger, yard games, beach wagon and supplies - you'll enjoy relaxing all day long. The kids will love the bunk beds and separate upstairs bonus room, equipped with a 50-inch TV ready for streaming and gaming (bring your own system). We love our place and know you will too.

The house is absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed kitchen view that over looks a field. It was cool to see all the deer running around. The outdoor seating and fire pit was also a plus. There are really nice beaches, nature trails and farmers markets close by. I would absolutely stay again.

Great house; in the country, but also 15 mins to Saugatauk and South Haven. Everything was as described and lots of included items made the stay easier (beach wagon, chairs, cooking supplies). Great communication from hosts, we are going to rent next year; thank you!

This charming property is perfect for a family gathering. We have stayed there several times in recent years and it is comfortable, clean, beautiful but not fussy. Our plan is to stay there again in the future. We love South Farm!

Our first family vacation to Lake Michigan. The farm house was perfect. They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. They had every amenity you needed. We would definitely recommend South Farm to anyone

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the getaway at the Fennville farmhouse. We loved spending time outside playing croquet and badminton while others looked on from the patio. It was such a peaceful, beautiful place that we are hoping to spend more summers here.

We had an amazing stay at the farmhouse! The place is perfectly set up for a family vacation and the outdoor amenities (fire pit, seating area, grill, swing) were all the highlight of our stay. We especially appreciated the use of towels, tent and beach chairs for our many visits to the local beaches.

Great place for a family vacation

The house is very close to nearby beaches and nature preserves. Many good restaurants that are a short drive away.

Wonderful Vacation

The house is bigger and better than what we thought. Great central location between Saugatuck and South Haven. It was a great stay enjoyed by young and old alike.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time! The farmhouse was perfect and the space for the young grandchildren to play was just what we needed. We plan on returning next year! The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond.

Cozy winter getaway!

We enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed. The fireplace was very cozy and was perfect for relaxing by after a day of skiing/snowboarding at Bittersweet! We will definitely be back.

We love our home and know you will too. Bordering a 300-acre nature preserve is very special. We support the Southwest Michigan Land Conservancy and all the great work they do, including the Wau-ke-na William Erby Smith Preserve. It's an amazing place to relax, but also be near the great towns of South Haven, Douglas, Saugatuck, and Holland (and more!). We treat our home as if it were our primary residence - someday it will be! This is our only rental property and we love sharing it with guests.
