What a great house to stay in! Very quiet community easy access to groceries and restaurants. Great communication with questions. Our pups were able to go out in the backyard and also enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. Definitely would stay again. Thank you so much!

This was our second stay at this property. It is a clean, tastefully decorated home in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to everything you need and all the activities you want.

Laundry was conveniently located out toward the backyard in another room. Air conditioning and ceiling fans kept the home comfortably cool. Rooms were clean and tidy and the host was very accommodating with quick replies to questions and requests.

Absolutely perfect in every way. Lovely home with all needed amenities in a perfect location for our needs. Quiet, nice neighborhood and easy to make multiple drives back & forth to an event at State Farm Stadium, our reason for the trip to Phoenix. Would highly recommend!

Great stay

Very nice accommodations. We were visiting relatives in Sun City and it was perfect for our needs. Very clean and updated property. We would definitely stay again.

This stay couldn’t have been more perfect. Very roomy, clean and everything was convenient. If I come back to the city I’ll hope to stay here again.

Great place, very comfy stay

Loved this place! Rooms are bigger than they look in the listing photos. Greay quiet neighborhood and very convenient quick drive to Desert Diamond Arena where we were going this weekend for University of Arizona graduation ceremony.

Clean, quiet home 2 exits away from the Glendale sports complex and the shopping and restaurant

And yes the location is key also, like many guests have said it’s super easy to get to the 101 and and all the venues on the west side. Other up and coming events include the Barrette Car show in January. The Waste Management Open in February then All the Spring training games throughout the Valley.
