This unit is convenient and comfortable, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths; the condo is 1,200 square feet of space! Comfortable place and convenient location

This condo is located conveniently in downtown Greenville. Once we parked at the 7/day parking garage around the corner, we didn't get in our our car until we left 3 days later. We didn't cook at the condo (besides coffee/tea), but there were plenty of plates and utensils. The sound machines in each bedroom definitely worked - we didn't hear any noise when they were on (and hardly any when they weren't on). Our only complaint is that we only had one fob to get into the building, so we had to coordinate trips in/out of the place, which was inconvenient. The previous renters had taken a fob with them, but management should have spares readily available.

Family visit

Five stars for me. The only reason i rated the check in at 4 stars it was because the lock boxes took me and my son a few minutes to figure out. But, we did.

Loved the apartment and loved Greenville. Close to the Peace Center. Walked everywhere. Ate everything! Prices are so reasonable!

Perfect Location!

In Greenville for my niece’s bridal shower with my husband and two adult daughters. Space was spacious and clean, very comfortable and within easy walking to the Falls area and Publix and a hundred restaurants, shops and galleries. Love Greenville! The apartment was up a couple flights of stairs but it was no problem— and my husband and I are in our early 60’s! We got in late but the property had stocked snacks and Keurig pods as well as paper products -and starter packs of dish and laundry soap. Parking was very easy- we parked in the ramp right next door for $7 a day. At the Embassy Suites where we have stayed in the past, it’s $25/day! Frankly you probably wouldn't need a car if you are just visiting downtown.The property managers were very responsive to us— we asked for a couple more towels and they were delivered within the hour. They were always reaching out to make sure our stay was great and that we had everything we needed. We would stay there again. Highly recommended!

Great location for a multi week stay in downtown Greenville. Central location made it easy to get to a number of great restaurants and entertainment spaces. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would stay again.

Wedding

We booked this beautiful condo for our wedding. The rehearsal dinner was at Soby’s and the reception was at Larkin’s Sawmill so the location of the condo was perfect. Everything was great. The shower in the master though did not get as hot as the guest shower, FYI.

Perfect Stay!

An absolutely perfect location in the heart of downtown! Very clean condo!! Sound proof doors and windows. We were there during an incredibly busy weekend and never heard a thing!! Little extras like snacks were such a nice extra touch. The only issue we had was the initial check in of finding the lock box (look for "staygvl") and we didn't know how to open it. Once you enter the code on the key box, pull the front part it toward you like you're opening an oven. Our bad. GREAT PLACE and we hope to book it again soon!

Excellent location and property

Perfect for 2 couples with 2 BR and 2 full baths. Very well maintained and appointed property with all the amenities you would expect. The location could not be better for walking around downtown Greenville

something other than a hotel

We were in Greenville for a conference and decided to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel room for a week. We saw this property and was in the perfect location of the conference and downtown nightlife. The condo was just as pictured....a great place. It was quiet and the perfect weather to sit on the balcony and have a drink after a long day. Thank you! When we are in Greenville again we will definitely look for this location again.

First time experience with Stay GVL. Location was clean, nicely furnished and convenient to our first stay in Greenville. Check in may have been better if met by a staff member. A parking slot would have been nice, but parking garage was not bad. StayGVL offers a kind of cheesy option of automatically charging for early or late checkin for like $40 each. I'd prefer that if its available, you can offer it. If not, you are sorry that it is not available. We did not ask for early checkin. I didn't think about a late check out due to this automatic charging. But, then we received a text saying that nobody was booked for the next night, so we were offered another night rental. So that evening, I responded that we were leaving town but would accept a complimentary later check out if there was not a rush to clean the location for a non-existent renter. But, the immediate response was that we could have a late checkout for an additional fee since they had to prepare for the next guests- even though we were just told there was not an upcoming renter. Great location, very clean

It’s a great location- so expect some noise to come with it. Revving engines and night clubs. The condo was clean and nice. I asked for extra towels and got them promptly.

Glad we stayed as we were looking at buying a condo in the building and now we know. Very good response. Let us add another night very quickly and easily

Our only complaint is the red stain on the comforter and we're guessing your cleaning staff missed it which emphasizes the need for a regular blanket on each bed as it's likely you're not washing the down comforters/duvets after every visit. On a separate note ... We weren't sure how to interpret your last Airbnb message concerning their rating system. We've rented many properties through Airbnb and have come across properties under 5 stars. Although we prefer the highest rated properties, between 4 and 5 stars, it's not always possible. This is the first we've heard anything like the comments you've made about the Airbnb rating system. We had already decided to give your apartment 5 stars based on our own personal experience before receiving your note as we feel it is well earned. It was just a bit disconcerting to receive your note as if you were pushing us to give the highest rating. Perhaps we misunderstand your intent. But from our perspective, we really appreciate the rating system and reviews when we do our searches. Communication was excellent. We felt like you were nearby and ready to help if needed.
