This magnificent condo features three (3) bedrooms, three (3) bathrooms, three (3) lanais, and four (4) AC split units (one in every room plus the living room). It comes fully furnished and fully stocked. Just bring your toothbrush, swimsuit, and flip-flops! Sit back with your favorite beverage(s) and enjoy the most SPECTACULAR YEAR ROUND SUNSETS AND OCEAN VIEWS IN ALL OF WEST MAUI. There are 3 king sized beds, a sofa sleeper and a full sized futon. The futon can accommodate two children. A washer and dryer are included in the condo. The kitchen is fully appointed and ready for you to cook a gourmet meal! All you need to do is fill up the refrigerator with your favorite food and beverages. Sands of Kahana PH 381 is the perfect place to enjoy everything Maui has to offer with family, friends and loved one's!

*Recent Review: We were immediately comfortable in this spacious upgraded condo. One lanai faces Lanai - best for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The other lanai faces Molokai - best for afternoon breezes and rainbows. We watched the whales from the lanais, spotted turtles in the surf, and even had a sleeping monk seal on the beach. The air conditioning kept us comfortable, and we appreciate the covered parking. Eating at the bar in the condo allowed looking out on the ocean during meals. The on-site restaurant was great. We highly recommend this condo.

A whale of a time

Great location. We saw several whales during our stay. We also saw sea turtles. The beach area is nice. There are several gas grills to use. The bedrooms are very large. Beds are comfortable. Bring your own beach towels. They have a cooler for your use.

Beautiful sunsets

The place was perfect for our family. Loved the balconies that overlooked the ocean which were perfect for viewing the sunset.The screens on the window do need repaired.

Well equipped, nicely decorated

We were happy with the apartment overall, although it was quite pricey for a two night stay, unable to spread out the other fees (cleaning etc) over more nights to average the nightly rate down.

Exceptional vacation rental

Everything was great - location, cleanliness, amenities and beach equipment, well stocked kitchen utensils. The views and natural light were fantastic. We travelled with a 13 month old, and there was ample space for him to move around. The host mentioned that they didn’t have a crib available, but they do have a pack and play which our son slept in comfortably.

Amazing place!

Stayed here for my 30th birthday with my family, and wow!! This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed, amazing views from every balcony. Great amenities, and location. 10/10 recommend to anybody. Good for groups.

Perfect for family

We had a wonderful time. The condo is very clean and lots of space. Amazing views. Place is very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped. I like to cook so it was heaven for me. So much space for the pantry. The area is a walking distance to restaurants depending on how much you want to walk. We will definitely rent this place again. Thank you Epuc Realty.

Loved the condo! Just like the online pics. My daughter said it’s so cool to be able to snorkel right from our beach. No need to drive somewhere. Would book again!!!

Family Vacation

We had a great time and the property was great! The ONLY issue we had is that it got uncomfortable during the day due to heat and humidity. The air flow wasn’t the best. But the property was beautiful and the amenities were exactly as stated. Would definitely recommend!

Family vacation

Overall the place is very nice, modern and spacious inside. The patios are not well taken care of. The host was not very helpful. We didn’t receive any emails with instructions for whatever reason and they made no effort to send to another email or to answer simple questions. The condo had everything we needed beach gear, kitchen items but bring a spatula because they only have one and it comes apart when you use it! Again overall the place looks great.

Great Maui Stay

Loved the condo, location was great. The beach is beautiful, not crowded at all. Kids enjoyed the pool also. Really neat watching turtles in the ocean, from balcony they were easy to spot! Great place to stay. Condo is well equipped, we needed nothing else.

Paradise

What a gorgeous condo! It fit our family of 6 perfectly. All three bedrooms had its own lanai & were well used by us. Seeing turtles swimming just below us & having one sun itself in view, was wonderful. Not to mention the many, many humpback whales were able to see from the lanai with binoculars. Snorkeling at Olowalu was the best! The ATV rides were so much fun, pricey but worth the views & getting muddy! The condo was well kept, well appointed & so very comfortable. The complex's beach was thick sand so good exercise in walking it. The grills were kept spotless & very convenient. Having a wash/dryer in the unit was a God send! We loved it & hope to stay here again in the future! Loved Maui!

Great VRBO Stay!

My family and I were family comfortable staying at the Sands of Kahana! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had lots of kitchen amenities and space so we could cook in during our stay! There is a small local beach just steps outside the apartment, and you can easily access some of the more famous beaches on the West Shore. Would love to visit again soon!

Very nice property. Great for large family. But in need of some maintenance and repair.

The layout of the property is very nice. However, the property is in need of general maintenance and repair. There are 3 separate lanai's are very nice but in need of repair and cleaning. Some of the furniture is worn and some are in need of repair. Some specific items. 1 chair and 2 stools are about to fall apart. 2nd floor bathroom sink facet is loose. Some lights need to are out or are blinking. Shower curtain is moldy and needs to be replaced. The overall complex needs maintenance and repair.

Wonderful

The Sands of Kahana was a perfect location for our family vacation. The description and reviews provided were a good summary of the facility. Some updating is necessary but overall the facility was perfect. Seeing sea turtles and whales from the balcony was fantastic. Could not find a better location.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay! However didn’t like that they only supplied one roll of paper towel for an entire week stay. They said they only provide a starter amount! 🙄 with the amount of $ ya pay to stay here I would think they would supply the basic house hold items needed. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

A view like no other in Maui

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family of 8 throughly enjoyed our time at Sanda of Kahana...the view is absolutely breathtaking...watch multiple types of whales play and swim in the cove between the three islands was unbelievable 8 stories high up...finishing the evening was seeing a beautiful sunset into Lanai was just gorgeous. The accommodations were comfortable, all the amenities were great, and the home had everything to make and prepare a home cooked meal. We would not hesitate to stay again when we return to Maui. Thank you so much for making your home available to us.

Hawaiian Get Away

Great place for our bigger group! The Penthouse was beautiful!The Beach house Bar and Grill had delicious food and drinks. Loved the Coconut shrimp! Even saw some whales off of the beach. My only complaint was that we had to check out by 10am. It seems a little early for check out.

Family vacation at the Kahana Sands

The pictures don’t do this property justice! Absolutely stunning views and stunning property. Unfortunately we had some issues with the property owners that I wish were handled in a different manner. When we arrived at this property we were informed that the elevator was down and we were on the penthouse suite (8th floor). The elevator ended up being down for the duration of our stay. I contacted the management group to see if there was They could do and they said they would give us our money back and we could find somewhere else to stay as we were already getting too good of a deal on the place. I did not appreciate the managements lack of willingness to help us come up with a solution and instead just telling us leaving was our only option. Other guests staying at private properties at Kahana Sands told us they were able to be moved to lower floors to lessen the stairs. I had 2 60 year old guests with me that struggled with the stairs and this definitely put a damper on the trip. I understand the elevator is out of managements control, but some compassion would’ve been nice.

Amazing Rental

We had an amazing stay!! The unit was perfect for our extended family. We enjoyed the spacious accommodations! The bedroom upstairs was perfect for the kids to share with 2 beds and a futon and its own private bathroom. We had 2 additional bedrooms downstairs for ourselves and grandpa, each with its own bathroom. We loved having the kitchen and being able to cook some meals at the condo. The views were amazing! Balcony overlooking the ocean where we saw sea turtles swimming every day! The beach chairs and floats were great to have access to bring to the beach. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings throughout. Would definite stay here again!

Special family vacation

The pictures don't do this property justice. Absolutely Beautiful an well equipped - very clean too.Mater bathroom is right out of a magazine. walking across the street for food or beverages was super simple, I loved all the high end touches and appliances ! We had stopped at Costco to load up on food and drinks-but the refrigerator didn't keep anything cool and we had to eat out and get ice for 5 of the 10 days. When property mgmt did get a technician to come fix it, he said the coils were dirty and that's why it didn't get to the correct temperature. I am still waiting for a response for some reimbursement as I requested.,.
