Give yourself the vacation you deserve! Right on the Beach! New $100K plus Custom Dock completed in March of 2017. This well-appointed completely renovated home completed in May of 2015, professionally designed 3 bedroom (the bunk bedroom is small - 10.5 x 10.5, best suited for kids or teenagers), 2 bathroom home boasts incredible ocean views from almost every room with private 20' x 30' custom dock house (no floating dock) completed in 2017, plush bedroom suites, gourmet kitchen, four flat screen televisions, Wi-Fi, and the best sunset views on Tybee Island. Only 1 of 3 homes with a private dock on Tybee Island with beach access directly in front of the home. All Tybee beach areas are public including the beach in front of my home. Expect beachgoers and beach crowds to be on the beach directly in front of my home. Enjoy your choice of three outdoor porches, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sunset. Best location on Tybee for sunbathing, kayaking, fishing, and paddle boarding. A true island getaway that’s literally steps away from the sandy beach.

Excellent Vacation

Such a wonderful stay with family! We loved our time at the Beach House; exactly as described and so easy to work with the owner. Great location to so many fun activities! Bike rides, sunsets, s’mores, swimming and grilling - perfect vacation!

Fantastic view and house

I have been coming to Tybee for 60 years. This is by far my favorite place I have stayed House is comfortable, clean and front porch is wonderful. My family and I can’t wait until our next visit.

Super View and Location

Chose this place as a a prelude to family Thanksgiving get together. Wanted a beach with water view and this place delivered. Given the time of year, it was delightfully quiet. The cottage is nicely decorated and well equipped. We enjoyed using the kayaks.

A beautiful and peaceful home right on the beach! From kayaking to reading on the most incredible porches it was pure Heaven! Communication great and all the comforts of home! We will be back!!!!!!

Just Perfect All Around

There wasn’t anything NOT to like here. Our host was very communicative, home was spotlessly clean, location cannot be beat. We loved sitting on the dock (even in the cold) to watch the dolphin play. We loved taking the kayaks out. We loved the speaker system so we could listen to yacht rock no matter where we chose to relax. We loved being able to walk to many restaurants and the beach. Just a great stay!!

Family Vacation

This was my family’s 3rd time visiting tybee and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed! The location is perfect, and you have everything you need right there. The host is super helpful with suggestions on where to go while there too. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

Great location, Excellent Hosts!!

This is an amazing property! The location is easy to access and great to walk/bike from. Loved walking from Tybee Creek to the ocean, sitting watching the sunset, and the kayaks. Owners were kind, responsive, and provided lots of great info on the area. We would definitely stay again!!

Tybee sojourn

The Tybee experience is special and this property is perfect for it. Beautiful views and the dock along with the home itself makes for a wonderful, relaxing, and joyful time away. Loved every minute of the stay, even in cold weather!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great stay and this made for the perfect site for our family vacation with our two kids. Being able to walk right out to the beach with two little kids was so nice. We loved our time here and our kids were sad to leave but loved the time we got to spend. The recommendations for restaurants were super helpful as well!

Lovely Anniversary Trip

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! Spectacular location, beautiful sunsets over the water, house was well decorated. My husband enjoyed fishing off the homes pier! We easily walked to dining, shopping, and the city pier and beach! We will definitely be back again!
