The property met the needs of our bridal party that stayed. The only downside, which is out of the host's control were the guests in the other part of the house who were very loud and disruptive in the middle of the night the first night we were there.

Nice

Nice place bathroom shower caulk is gross looking. Other upstairs bedroom need an ac.
Se hospedó 2 noches en julio de 2025
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 29 jul. 2025
Thank you for staying with us Josh. We will be sure to address the caulk in the shower. We have to replace it every few months due to the iron in the well water but it is difficult to do so in the summer when we are booked pretty consistently. Sorry we know it gets a little warm in that bedroom, that is why we provide a floor fan, a ceiling fan and a black-out blind because unfortunately the window is too large to accommodate a window unit AC. This July has been exceptionally hot as well, so that doesn't help.

Our recent stay was everything we expected. And more importantly Wendy was excellent about communicating to us and very responsive to any inquiries. Great Hosts

Fantastic hosts and plenty of room for all 10 us that stayed for a music festival. We had a hiccup at the concert when we parked in a tow-away zone. Our hosts were concerned enough to let us stay past our check out time so that we could get our vehicles and even drove by to check on us. Matt and Wendy are great people. Thank you for the hospitality and for your concern for us!! We will definiely stay here again!!!!
