This was the perfect space for our family of six! Being right across the street from the pool and the beach access was so nice! The home is very clean and well maintained. Parking is a breeze, right below the condo. The balcony is so spacious- set up perfectly to accommodate relaxation at any part of the day! And the view is gorgeous! We would absolutely love to visit again!

Seabrook delight

The location was unique, close to everything. The ocean waves were exciting, and great for bodysurfing!

This was perfect location for seniors with some physical limitations.

We love Seabrook Island. We have vacationed here many times. Atrium Villas is a perfect location for seniors with elevator, across from the pool and constant view of the ocean.

Seabrook Condo Vacation

Definitely would rent again. The condo was as advertised: across from beach, but had a patio beach view; across from pool area and the 'Island Club'; quiet and very relaxing. Great location and condo was exactly what was advertised.

Great Location, Great Property

The property was clean and as described. Can’t beat the location with an ocean view and walkable to all of the amenities (Pelicans Nest, Seabrook Shoppe, Pool). My husband, our three little ones and I had a wonderful week here. Looking forward to coming back!

Perfect location!

Very easy communication with property manager. Very helpful. Location is great, right across street from the beach. Balcony was so nice to sit and see and hear the ocean. We were there I'm perfect time for the full, pink moon!

Great location!

This property has such a wonderful location, the little annoyances seem meaningless. Had issues with the cable and internet but the property manager and Coastal Getaways resolved everything.

Great Location

This was our 4th trip to Seabrook Island and the location of this rental was great. The property is directly across the street from the beach and the pool and right next to the golf course. The deck is large and comfortable with a great view. Although the kitchen is a little small, the bedrooms are large and comfortable and each had their own bathrooms. The air conditioning worked perfectly and we never had to touch it. We'd stay here again.

What a beautiful condo with amazing views!!

Had such a grand time in this gorgeous water front condo!! It felt so homey, was very clean and decorated beautifully!! The beds were extra comfy and the ocean view was the best I've seen on the island so far!! I.wouls definitely recommend this condo and the management company to others. The management company was so kind and responsive and I just appreciated their special touches and professionalism!! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Beautiful and peaceful

This property was perfect for me and my 90 year old but very vibrant independent and self sufficient Mother. The property was as lovely as pictured. No “bait and switch” here! We had a restful glorious time with friends who are homeowners. It was perfect to be able to hang out with them and have our OWN quiet space. Will definitely rent this property again!

Amazing Villa !

We absolutely loved our choice with this Villa. There was plenty of space for my family of four. Parking was easy and covered which helped keep it cool. The location was at the center of everything. It was right across the street from the pool, restaurant, coffee shop, and the beach. My wife and I will miss sitting on the patio with our coffee, looking out to the ocean every morning and enjoying the breeze. It was wonderful! We would absolutely stay here again.

ADULT GETAWAY

GREAT VILLA….perfect location to beach,pool, and restaurant…The villa is very nice but could use a bit of updating. Kitchen has a lot of stuff needs to be reorganized and cleaned out. Unit very clean, nice patio/deck but not much seating outside . We had a great time. Maintenance service very prompt and helpful.

Great location!

We had a great stay at Atrium Villas. The property was directly across from the pool which made it easy to come and go. It was clean and just what we needed. The only negative we noticed was the condo above us was extremely noisy throughout the night and early morning. I know this isn’t in the rental’s control but it was every day and disruptive. Other than that, the stay was great!

Great place

Perfect place for our family. Perfect for the pool, ocean, views, etc. great kitchen, beds were great. Lovely spacious deck. All appliances were great, too. Ac was excellent and zoned for bedrooms/living areas. Easy renting/check-in/out process. Excellent communication from/with property managers. Place was immaculate. We loved it and had a wonderful time. Our only complaint was that the ceiling was wood-frame and not cement, so we heard our upstairs neighbors walking and moving about very loudly, and they were very active. Otherwise it was perfect. Thank you!

Great location

The only problem we had with the property was that it was not clean. Tile floors needs a good cleaning of grout, etc. The kitchen was well stocked but dishes, blender and countertops had to be deep cleaned with Clorox wipes and dish washing before we could use them. Some of the throw pillows need to be replaced with new clean ones. The unit is a great unit and perfectly located for club activities and we would have given it a five star rating if everything had been clean.

Not recommended!

NOT newly renovated. Cable TV picture is barely viewable. Wifi internet is weak and mostly unusable. Pot holders and place mats are dirty. No placemats. Floors are buckled. Front door mat was soaked. Heavy upholstered furniture and bed spreads. Damp and mildew odor throughout condo. Few utensils. Major appliances are 20+ years old. Toaster and coffee maker are obsolete and barely useable. I would not recommend renting this condo until it has had

We regret that the guests did not contact us directly regarding their displeasure with this property. In response to their comments: The photos of this villa are less than 2 months old. The furnishings, appliances, and décor are very accurately depicted, as is the property description. Seabrook experienced 4” of rain with 35 mph winds just prior to their check-in. We can only guess that water encroached through the door causing the mat to be wet. We certainly would have responded immediately had we known there was an issue and worked quickly to mitigate any damage for both the guest and owner's sake. Regarding the TV, we have someone on staff who would have immediately gone over to evaluate the situation had we know there was a problem with the cable reception. The Atriums have building-wide wifi with technical support. As soon as we heard of the problem through the VRBO review, we arrange for an appointment for a visit from the technician, but the guest declined this service call. We do acknowledge that there is slight warping in the floor in the kitchen but had indicated in the VRBO description that new tile flooring is being installed in April 2014. Many, if not all of these issues, could have been resolved quickly without interfering with the guest’s vacation had we been contacted. Our goal is to do whatever we can to ensure that our guests have a wonderful visit to Seabrook. We strive to be responsive to our guests’ needs and are disappointed that we were not given the opportunity.

Beautiful property

Can’t beat the location and lovely condo. It was fantastic to just walk across the street to the pool or beach. And just a short drive to the store or restaurants. Management team was great answering questions.
