Kait is a cute little beach bungalow that is a two minute walk from the shore! It has deeded beach access at the electronic crosswalk at East 4th Street and East Beach Blvd. Kait is the lower unit of the duplex with Emersyn above. Small on the inside but with an ample front porch and yard, this completely renovated two bedroom affords you the space to relax after a hard day at the beach. Kait offers a King bed, a full sized bed and also a sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, a shower/tub combo and double vanity sink and also a washer and dryer, flat screen TVs and comfy outdoor furniture. Kait is just a short walk from The Hangout and other restaurants along the beach.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
