Loved my stay here. Place was clean. Host was so nice and responded quickly with all my questions. Kitchen had everything you needed and the house had a beautiful view of the lake. The house is also close to two restaurants and different areas to swim. This house has been my absolute favorite since I’ve been coming here for 16 yrs.

Lovely!

Loved staying here! Brooke was great and the place as very peaceful. The only negative I have was that there was a lot of ants in the kitchen, but other than that the house was clean and very comfortable.

Perfect hideaway

This was the perfect location to be close to family we were visiting while having a comfortable quiet place to return to. My friend has difficulty with status but has no problems at this property and we were so happy to find it.

Great House

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very relaxing. Well stocked with everything we needed. Looking forward to returning. Brooke was fast with responses when we had questions and very pleasant to deal with.

A wonderful retreat

Clean as a pin. Excellent weather. It was so nice and cool. Love lake Watauga. Friendly neighbors. Great communication with owners. Enjoy the area birds, wildlife and cove view.

Winter family get together

The compass rose is a great little home to get together with friends and family and enjoy the peace and quiet of Butler Tennessee. Brooke is a fantastic host and very easy to work with. Very accommodating, I can't rave enough.

nice house

The property was well appointed and as listed. We were hiking during the day and then playing board games in the evening. We had some communication with the owners and they were prompt and friendly. The house had some sugar ants but the owner plans to take care of this immediately and this did not impact our stay nor our opinion of the property.

Loved the property

We enjoyed the property! It was perfect for families with kids/teens. I always look for places with little to no knickknacks (toddler) and single story layout. We love the yard, the older kids tossed the football while the littles watched the cows across the street roam the hill.
