Relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the award winning lazy river, lush landscape and Choctawhatchee Bay from this 5th floor Destin West condo that sleeps 6. Watch your kids playing in the lazy river from your own balcony. Enjoy the white sand beaches and Emerald Waters of Gulf of Mexico on the resort's private beach area. Enjoy a complimentary, commercial grade beach setup at the beach without carrying beach equipment back and forth. During off season, enjoy the beach with our complimentary portable beach chairs and umbrella.

Destin West Beach and Bay Resort spans from Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. There is a covered elevated walkway across highway 98 that connects the two sides of the resort. You have access to many excellent amenities including the 700 sq. ft. Lazy River (Not heated during winter), waterfall pool (heated in the winter), gradual incline pool for the little ones, 5,000 sq. ft pool, a 1/2 covered pool, kids pool, and whirl pool spa, and a spray park. You can spend your days fishing in the bay, floating on the lazy river that winds its way through lush landscaping, enjoy the seven pools of the resort or swim in the emerald-green waters of the gulf of Mexico. The resort also provides picnic tables and charcoal grills.

Enjoy the white sand beaches and Emerald Waters of Gulf of Mexico on the resort's private beach area. Beach service (commercial grade two beach chairs and an umbrella) is included March 1st through October 31st.

Okaloosa Boardwalk is directly across the street with shops, restaurants, and entertainment. For our guests who would like to rent a boat, or dock their boats, Island Watersports Company is right next door.

Inside the unit, the master bedroom features a king size bed and a master bathroom, the bunk room has a twin set of bunk beds with a private bath and a door for privacy, and the living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. The unit sleeps 6 people comfortably.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy a wonderful meal including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric cooktop, over the range microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker.

There is a stackable size washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Every television in the condo is a smart TV, all mattresses are new and the condo has everything you need for your stay.

A Relaxing, Comfortable Stay

We had the most amazing summer kick-off at this Destin West condo. Everything, from booking to departure, was so organized and professional. The condo was immaculate, nice, and comfortable for our family of five. We'll definitely reach out for available dates when we visit Destin West in the future.

Cute quiet condo

Condo was clean for the most part and very cozy. Owners were very communicative and friendly. He had a stopped up disposal fixed pretty quickly. Chairs at beach were so helpful. Ice Maker didn’t work but that wasn’t a huge deal. Everything was there as advertised. The HOA at Destin West are extremely overbearing and not friendly. They have absolutely ridiculous rules and enforce them strictly. However we loved our condo and the owners were great. Would love to get another one of their spots in the future.

3 day getaway

Very well maintained spacious clean condo with great attention to details. It had everything we needed for our stay. Lazy river though not heated off season, was a blast. When we decide to come visit Destin again, this will definitely be on the list of nice places to consider. Boardwalk and restaurants within walking distance is a big plus. Thank you.

Great family vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at the SandPiper! The only negative thing I would say is we had a difficult time finding the beach access, but once we did it was easy! Was such a nice time and convenient to everywhere!

Some of our favorite vacations were spent in a resort near Austin, TX enjoying the lazy river. We loved the lazy river so much that finding a resort with a lazy river in Destin was very exciting for us. The lush landscape, the lazy river combined with the white sand beaches made Destin Beach and Bay resort an ideal vacation spot for us.
