Cozy quiet getaway in gated community with golf course views. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pool with hot tub, fishing pier, tennis/pickle ball courts, and putting green. Enjoy the view of the River Oaks gold course from the screened in deck or take a walk along the intracoastal waterway. Unit includes 1 king size bed w/ bathroom in main bedroom, and a twin and twin/full combo bunk bed in bedroom 2. In unit washer and dryer. Short drive to the beach, local attractions, golfing, Broadway at the beach and Barefoot Landing.

*No Elevator Access - located on 3rd floor.*

Great value in Myrtle

This condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to attractions on both sides of the waterway. Thomas was extremely responsive when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice area and stay.

Stay was comfortable. More lights would be appreciated in front living roomNeeds window blinds fixed on Lanai,missing slats and difficult to open. Perhaps more info on exact location in building prior to booking, as stairs were a problem with luggage(85 yr old husband.)

Ripken experience

This was a very quiet, amazing location. It was close to everything especially the ball fields! Our lock was broken on arrival and the owner quickly called someone and it was fixed with in the hour! The owner communicated well! We loved it here and will be back!

Myrtle Beach stay

The condo was in a great location, very clean and communication with the owner Tom was excellent. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend it!

Highly Recommended

Overall a tremendous place to stay. The only issues we had were trash cans and toilet paper. The only trash cans in the condo were two little bathroom cans, and there was only a half a roll of TP in each bathroom when we arrived; we had to go and buy some. Minor things. The condo was very clean and comfortable with clean fresh towels. We very much enjoyed our stay, and you will too.
