We appreciate your patience with the maintenance concerns that arose during your stay. Our properties are checked between guests; however, some maintenance issues may not be apparent during those inspections and can unfortunately arise unexpectedly. Turnover days also require our inspection and maintenance teams to coordinate closely with housekeeping so everyone has the space needed to properly prepare the home before the next arrival. We're glad our maintenance team was able to respond promptly and resolve both concerns once they were reported. We also appreciate your comments regarding the beds. Mattress comfort is very personal and can vary considerably from guest to guest, but we'll be happy to share your feedback with the homeowner. Thank you for choosing Island Rentals of Hilton Head.
