Welcome to our little slice of paradise!! 120 The Greens is a two-story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa conveniently located a short 7 minute walk to Shipyard Plantation’s white sandy beach. Double glass doorways open onto private back deck that overlooks Green #6 of Shipyard’s Galleon Golf Course. Villa is situated just across the street from the world famous Van Der Meer Tennis Resort and the upscale Sonesta Resort. Spacious Greens community pool is located a short 2 minute walk from villa.
The first floor of our non-smoking property includes a half bath, fully equipped kitchen with eat in breakfast nook overlooking additional dining and living spaces. Living room has 55' smart TV. Queen Sleeper. Upstairs houses the large master bedroom with queen-size bed, flat screen TV with DVD & DVD collection, walk-in closet, and en suite full bath. At the opposite end of the hall is the second full bath and guest room with two twin beds, flat screen TV, and double closet. The laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is also located on this floor. Property equipped with porta-crib, high chair and baby gate. This villa also has high-speed DSL internet access. Sleeps 6.

Main Water Cutoff: In the event of a true water emergency (busted pipe, overflowing toilet, water heater problem ect). PLEASE TURN OFF MAIN WATER LINE: The main line cutoff is located off the right side of front patio in ground on the side towards unit 121. Located in the corner of the step and the front patio is a green plastic cap, typically covered with pine needles. Lift the cap, and under the cap is a lever- simply shut off the lever, and contact Superior services as listed above.
