Welcome to our little slice of paradise!! 120 The Greens is a two-story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa conveniently located a short 7 minute walk to Shipyard Plantation’s white sandy beach. Double glass doorways open onto private back deck that overlooks Green #6 of Shipyard’s Galleon Golf Course. Villa is situated just across the street from the world famous Van Der Meer Tennis Resort and the upscale Sonesta Resort. Spacious Greens community pool is located a short 2 minute walk from villa.

The first floor of our non-smoking property includes a half bath, fully equipped kitchen with eat in breakfast nook overlooking additional dining and living spaces. Living room has 55' smart TV. Queen Sleeper. Upstairs houses the large master bedroom with queen-size bed, flat screen TV with DVD & DVD collection, walk-in closet, and en suite full bath. At the opposite end of the hall is the second full bath and guest room with two twin beds, flat screen TV, and double closet. The laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is also located on this floor. Property equipped with porta-crib, high chair and baby gate. This villa also has high-speed DSL internet access. Sleeps 6.

Main Water Cutoff: In the event of a true water emergency (busted pipe, overflowing toilet, water heater problem ect). PLEASE TURN OFF MAIN WATER LINE: The main line cutoff is located off the right side of front patio in ground on the side towards unit 121. Located in the corner of the step and the front patio is a green plastic cap, typically covered with pine needles. Lift the cap, and under the cap is a lever- simply shut off the lever, and contact Superior services as listed above.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at The Greens. Great location, easy walk to the beach and pool. We had a question and the owner was very quick to respond. Great condo for kids, had toys with a washer and dryer. Master closet was big enough for a pack and play. Highly recommend!

Lovely golf community

The townhouse was perfect for our week in late March. We enjoyed golf on the Shipyard course. The walking trails are outstanding with lots of people to greet along the way. The beach area was easy to get to & it is a lovely stretch of ocean to walk. Our one question regarding cable access was answered by property manager promptly & she stuck with us through text until resolution. Thank you for offering very comfortable accommodations.

Great family get together

My wife and I met our son, daughter-in-law, and 2-year old grandson for a week and had a wonderful time together! We have lifelong friends, who have a timeshare in Port o’ Call, which was an easy walk away. The unit had everything that we needed to cook, plus a large living room space to visit with our friends. They had lots of toys for our grandson, which was great! The beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent for pool and beach activities. We loved the back deck and feeding the birds in the morning. We hope to maybe stay here again next year.

Great family vacation

We have been vacationing in HiltonHead with our children for 15 years. We always enjoy our stay at the Greens. It’s a lovely and convenient location to the beach and the shops. We had a wonderful time, and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Great location

Self contained unit that has everything for a short stay. Located close to town with the walking path easy to find. Great to have a bbq and outside space to enjoy the beautiful views. Thanks Clyde.

Great place & terrific location

Really nice place for a fall break getaway. Kitchen was very cramped but we didn’t spend a lot of time cooking anyway! You can’t beat the location.

Return to Shipyard

My wife and I spent a honeymoon at Shipyard Plantation 40 years prior to our visit. The condominium was great and convenient to the beach. Had a wonderful time.

Beautiful Week at The Greens

Great property- across the street from VanDerMeer Tennis center and Sonesta resort. Quick easy bike ride, walk or drive and park (with pass provided) Great communication with owners- will be booking again!!

Great Getaway

My husband and I stayed here while he was attending conference for work across the street at Sonesta. This condo was a great fit for us. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. There was one hiccup with our gate pass and the owner was very responsive, taking care of it as soon as I let her know we had a problem. The location was great...just a short, shaded walk or ride to the beach. We would love to stay here again. We highly recommend.

Overall great experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Greens. The location is perfect--a short walk to the beach or pool and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The owners were very nice and responsive. The unit could use a little TLC and a thorough Spring cleaning.

JUST LIKE HOME

Staying at 120 Greens is just like being at home. It is comfortable and cozy. It is just a short walk to the beach and just over a mile walk to Coligny Plaza. We love the location. Shipyards is so near grocery stores, bakeries, bars, retail shopping and restaurants...what more would you want?

Comfortable condo

Very comfortable condo with well appointed kitchen. Good home-away-from-home place to stay. Ideal location for our professional development needs ( purpose of our trip). Would have helped for an emergency contact to be provided as we had need for immediate assistance when hot water tank flooded the place. This unfortunate incident created quite a bit of chaos that may have been easier to cope with if we had had someone local to call for help immediately. Owners did their best to help from afar, but the lag time getting help meant we were the “front line” who experienced the stress and exhaustion as we tried to keep up with the leaking water to limit the damage to the condo. We were moved to a hotel for our last 2 days due to the extensive water damage.

Excellent stay.

We very much enjoyed our visit. It was a short visit for my mother’s 70th birthday. The location is perfect. The accommodations were as described very comfortable. We were allowed to access the property as soon as we arrived I was very grateful for that flexibility. Only negative is there was construction being done in the next unit over. I drove from New Hampshire and was very tired upon arrival but napping was not an option with the construction noise. No ones fault just unfortunate circumstance. We made the best of our few days there. Thank you for the opportunity. I will definitely keep your property in mind when we visit again.

Anniversary celebration
