Welcome to our little slice of paradise!! 120 The Greens is a two-story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa conveniently located a short 7 minute walk to Shipyard Plantation’s white sandy beach. Double glass doorways open onto private back deck that overlooks Green #6 of Shipyard’s Galleon Golf Course. Villa is situated just across the street from the world famous Van Der Meer Tennis Resort and the upscale Sonesta Resort. Spacious Greens community pool is located a short 2 minute walk from villa.

The first floor of our non-smoking property includes a half bath, fully equipped kitchen with eat in breakfast nook overlooking additional dining and living spaces. Living room has 55' smart TV. Queen Sleeper. Upstairs houses the large master bedroom with queen-size bed, flat screen TV with DVD & DVD collection, walk-in closet, and en suite full bath. At the opposite end of the hall is the second full bath and guest room with two twin beds, flat screen TV, and double closet. The laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is also located on this floor. Property equipped with porta-crib, high chair and baby gate. This villa also has high-speed DSL internet access. Sleeps 6.

Main Water Cutoff: In the event of a true water emergency (busted pipe, overflowing toilet, water heater problem ect). PLEASE TURN OFF MAIN WATER LINE: The main line cutoff is located off the right side of front patio in ground on the side towards unit 121. Located in the corner of the step and the front patio is a green plastic cap, typically covered with pine needles. Lift the cap, and under the cap is a lever- simply shut off the lever, and contact Superior services as listed above.

Great stay at 120 Greens in Shipyard

My husband and I spent 3 nights here over Memorial Weekend. The condo was super clean, spacious, nicely furnished and centrally located. The property owner communicated all details in a clear manner and reached out to us during our stay to make sure there were no issues. Would definitely like to stay here again!

Great family vacation

We have been vacationing in HiltonHead with our children for 15 years. We always enjoy our stay at the Greens. It’s a lovely and convenient location to the beach and the shops. We had a wonderful time, and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Super charming and comfortable villa

We had a wonderful stay. The Villa is very well maintained and in a great location. All the comforts of home! Our kids loved riding their bikes to the pool and beach.

Great Villa for our family!

We stayed during the week of July 4th and we absolutely loved this Villa! It was spacious, family-friendly, and very close to everything we loved- even when we biked. This Villa had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to HHI!

Anniversary celebration

We love the quiet at Hilton Head & The Greens was perfect! Perfect location within walking distance to the beach & perfect condo stocked with everything we could possibly have needed. We hope to return soon and would stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay!

Great location

Self contained unit that has everything for a short stay. Located close to town with the walking path easy to find. Great to have a bbq and outside space to enjoy the beautiful views. Thanks Clyde.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at The Greens. Great location, easy walk to the beach and pool. We had a question and the owner was very quick to respond. Great condo for kids, had toys with a washer and dryer. Master closet was big enough for a pack and play. Highly recommend!

Excellent Property Close to Beach

Excellent townhouse minutes from the beach. Very Clean and nicely decorated. Close to restaurants, biking, supermarkets and much more. Owner was very helpful and gave detailed instructions. Will definitely return. Listing and photos are accurate.

Excellent experience!

We had wonderful weekend. This was our first time taking Harper twin daughters to the beach it was a wonderful experience. Communication and coordination with the owner is simple and straightforward and we had no issues. The Villa is comfortable and well stocked for all your needs. We hope to come visit again someday.

Lovely golf community

The townhouse was perfect for our week in late March. We enjoyed golf on the Shipyard course. The walking trails are outstanding with lots of people to greet along the way. The beach area was easy to get to & it is a lovely stretch of ocean to walk. Our one question regarding cable access was answered by property manager promptly & she stuck with us through text until resolution. Thank you for offering very comfortable accommodations.

Great villa. This place has everything you could possibly need.

First off, the owner was outstanding to work with. Kelly reached out to me quickly at booking and kept in touch right up to check in (even going so far as to giving me his personal cell just in case we needed something.) We've stayed in the Shipyard quite a few times and this villa was as good or better than any we've stayed at. The beds and furniture are all very comfortable. Toys for the little ones and baby gates too. Great stay. Thank you Crawfords!

Love the property. Very spacious, easily sleeps 6 people if you had a party of six.

7 min walk to the beach. Loved using the parking permit for beach access. This room great for kids, easily Sleeps 6 ppl if needed to. Living room is spacious. Everything was clean and ready for use. 5 stars on the cleaning lady. Just a 2 mins walk to the pool. Loved having 2.5 baths. Come in handy with the kiddos. We will be back for sure!!!!

2025 Hilton Head Trip

This property is very, vey nice. It has all the things needed for a vacation getaway and the walk to the beach is not long. Having said this, I cannot give the stay a 5-star rating as we experienced some maintenance issues during our stay that need addressed by the property owner. I’m not going to list them here as I will address directly with the property owner to allow her to quickly resolve.
